A great branch of Costa coffee, a real community feel led by the very friendly Roxy and her team. Flat whites always on point. Lots of seating inside to enjoy your coffee.

We were given the wrong drink and it wasn't changed. There were only 3 marshmallows for the hot chocolate and you would have had to pay again for more. Customer friendliness looks different!
The cake tasted good in 2 out of 3 cases. The
Blueberry muffin contained no berries, only jam.
Kid-friendliness: When my son wanted some more marshmallows, he was supposed to pay for them. I don't think that's very child-friendly.

The staff very careless from a customer service point of view. They look like they are in the wrong job which make them serve the clienta with totally indiference. I only asked for a tea, and the cup looks like was used already by a coffee drinker just few minutes before I asked for the tea. See photo. Would you drink from that cup?
