Co op shop is brilliant, never had any issues with walk in shop, and people working there are super nice, hard working and helpful, but the delivery service is absolutley terrible, drivers don't read delivery instruction, they deliver to wrong addresses, you would consider yourself lucky if they will call when they can't find the address. For these reasons, with heavy heart, one star. Get better delivery drivers, stop using 3rd party delivery services, as they are utterly useless; your bussines is suffering because their incompetence.

My local Coop is always open when I need it for filling those essential gaps in cupboards and the fridge. Even small presents and cards. It?s amazing how much is packed into such a small store. The prices are good with frequent offers and no need to drive or waste time in a large store. Fast self service and member discounts help. Staff are friendly (most of the time) and say hello to my children. I?d always recommend living near a coop.

Deceptive and misleading meal deal. Blue snacks banner lines up with product but product not in meal deal. Reported to a member of staff but doubt they'll rectify it.

Be very careful using the tap your debit card machines , they decline your card and remove the declined amount from your bank account, even after the card worked perfectly on the next machine, so you get double charged , the member of staff who I spoke to on the phone stated that it happens all the time , so they are fraudulently removing money from your bank , USE CASH stay safe or shop elsewhere!!!

Great little shop but some staff could do with going on a customer service training course. Especially the old woman with blonde ponytail. Every time I use this shop she?s just plain rude. Maybe she should hang up her tabard

As a local store it's ok. Look for the date on your goods. If you buy salad items or fruit make sure it's all fresh. Don't buy the Greek cheese (Feta type) I found a strange looking worm in one packet.
