Nice little supermarket where you can get most of your groceries. Prices are fair, own brand pizzas at £3 are a bargain dinner.

Food fridges aren?t cleaned I opened the milk fridge and the smell was disgusting !Some of the stock near the tills have dust on them .Young lady who works afternoon sits on her phone at till while customers are waiting she has no customer service skills what so ever!Other members of staff are polite and friendly which is a shame I had to score it so low

Everyone recognises Co-op as it is an alternative to tesco Express. Exept it closea at 22h00 - an hour earlier than tesco express. It is helpful after operational hours of the principal shopping markets. It gives that few extra hours to do top-up shopping as. It is well stuffed. However, it is more expensive than the regular food grocery stores.

OK shopping here. Staff are friendly, good stock of common things you need. Close enough to walk into windsor for any items not in stock.Just be aware of the new private parking company. From late Feb 2023 the free parking went from 2 hrs to 1hr. Go a minute over and it's a £100 parking notice charge. Has caught a lot of ppl out who would shop here then nip into town for other items in the 2 hrs.

BEWARE of using the car park for Coop Arthur Rd in Windsor and the other stores around it. Since Feb 2023 you only have 1 hour free parking, if you stay longer than 1 hour you will receive a £100 fine. This is a new development and although the signage is there after having gone there for years and never had a problem parking for a bit longer the other day I received a fine for staying over 1 hour as I was unaware of the changes to the parking rules.I don't think the Coop really tried to make its loyal customers aware of the changes and after having contacted them about it the store manager told me there's nothing they can do about it because it was their landlord that had brought in the car park fines racketeering scammers. Beware. You'll get fined and the Coop couldn't care less.

This needs to be said as the staff here do not care. The cleanliness of the inside and outside of the store is beyond appalling. The bin located just outside the front door is ALWAYS overflowing with rubbish that goes into the car park and road they sell food for goodness sakes and a bin that disgusting and overflowing is just an environmental and health and safety hazard. Car parking spots have empty boxes left in the bays and the staff clearly do nothing! I overheard a gentleman tell a staff member this and the staff member shrugged it off! Claimed its emptied it once a day and if the gentleman has an issue to complain to head office... So complain because the staff have no shame or respect for their store or the company they work for. What's worse is they joked about it just after saying the man should pick it up himself. I understand it's a public bin outside of the store so they clearly don't count it as their problem but it is just outside the front door! If they empty it once (highly doubtful) then they are more then capable of doing it a few times in the day! Absolute shameful on the area manager, store manager and the brand itself. Have some pride in the company you work for!
