Popped in to return an overheating laptop and was served by Taya and Ozzy, both extremely helpful and professional. Whilst my old laptop was being inspected for refund, they showed me a laptop they had in stock and allowed me to fully test it, giving me helpful and honest advice. They also then cleaned the laptop and reapplied the thermal paste completely free of charge after purchasing it. Left happy with a full refund and a new laptop ?

Chargers comparable to TEMU products
For the longest time I have had a struggle with a good charging cable for my devices, and sadly this didn?t fix it, the USB segments on the charging cables break so easily (dropped one while in a plug socket and snapped easily) when asking staff about, it they did not help at all and didn?t issue refunds for the poor quality, which is 8 pounds btw, for something poorer quality than AliExpress
Considering that I wanted to buy a Nintendo switch, hell I?m worried that it?ll crack in half trying to pair the joycons together

Came in the other day and a few other times before, I must say the staff are wonderful especially Judie and Ruby who have served me before. They have been extremely helpful while I have contemplated between two different phones, as they provided me details about the screen and processors of both.
All the staff here are highly friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Extremely disappointed with the staff here. I have bought an Ipad from their shop some time ago, still had warranty on it and I just wanted to have it serviced/repaired by them. Instead they kept it in the shop for almost one month without calling me to provide a feedback and when I went to the shop to ask about a status, they said they didn?t have a phone no, clearly untrue as this was the only way to identify the ipad..OMG, such a bunch of unprofessional kids! Then of course, they claimed that because I ?dropped? the ipad, it?s my fault and they cannot repair it or they cannot repay me?! How can you prove that?! They sold to me with an existent dent on the screen anyways. Very unprofessional, very unpolite in front of the customers, very very very! Don?t go there!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Before deciding cash or store credit for my games to sell, I had a question about a game in stock and the staff member serving me was very helpful. He also set up a new account for me with ease. Staff are very knowledgeable. Love coming in here! Some great bargain games too

Nice CeX store where it has a nice layout of items. A few spots at the front looked disorganised but not too bad looking. DVDs were displayed really well and there was a huge range of DS games out there.I bought a game that I thought was just a shovelware game but turned out to be valuable in the Australian video game market, but is still shovelware in the UK considering there is more supply of it. The game is called Puzzle League DS.The game was an absolute bargain, I wish I found a 2nd copy to resell in Australia. Thanks CeX, I have to find this completely random game to resell back when I get back in Australia.
