The staff are always welcoming and friendly and without a fail always make the best oat latte. It?s clear that the staff were trained very well and pay attention to detail. I always come in the mornings and there?s two lovely girls working one has black/green hair and the other one has brown hair, together they make the dream team.

I asked for a Chai latte with hazelnut syrup and when I have been served I noticed that I have been served without syrup, when I asked her she got irritated and she kept talking about me in a rude way to her collegue in polish which I understand. Then she added the syrup and served it to me in bad manner which I didn't appreciate. I will never go back here again as the staff had unprofessional manners to customers
