I had a wonderful experience during my recent dental visit with Dr. Ioanna and Sister Shah. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
Dr. Ioanna was incredibly gentle and thorough in her approach. She explained everything clearly with attention to detail. Doctor ensured I was comfortable throughout. Her calm and reassuring manner really helped ease any anxiety I had.
Sister Shah was equally kind and attentive. She supported the entire process with a warm smile, kept everything well-organized, and made sure I was at ease.
I truly appreciate the excellent care I received from both Dr. Ioanna and Sister Shah. Thank you for making the experience so positive and comfortable. Highly recommend

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Ioanna and her assistant, Shah! From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly accommodating and made me feel totally at ease during all my appointments. They really took the time to sort out all my issues and made sure I understood everything that was going on. They're such a great team ? so friendly. I actually looked forward to my appointments, which is saying something. Highly recommend them. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients, and that shines through in everything they do. If you're looking for a healthcare team that's not only skilled but also kind and understanding, look no further than Dr. Ioanna and Shah!

The information provided specifically for windsor clinic was completely misleading on tbeir website. The Bupa Care Windsor website clearly stated that registration for new NHS patients was open. However, when I called, the receptionist refused to accept me as a new NHS patient, despite the website explicitly stating that new NHS patients could register. It was evident that she was aware of the website's claims but unfortunately constantly refusing to accept my claim. Possibly now they will remove from website after leaving this review of misleading and denying to register new NHS patients.

I recently started using this practice and cannot commend them highly enough. Very impressed with the car park and building but more especially with all the staff. The receptionists, dentist, dental nurse and hygienist were all absolutely delightful, caring, calm, efficient and professional. 10 out of 10!
