If I could give - stars i would, they came to collect a sofa 3 times and missed it, third time went to wrong address, called them 2/3 times to come to the correct address early in the morning and they come upstairs and refuse to pick it up saying it?s damaged when they could clearly see the condition in the picture that was provided to them for pickup in the first place.

Lowest pricing, best quality items, friendly staff. Will come back again if I'm in the area.Don't know how this store was 2.5 stars but this awesome charity store needs more reviews considering it is a busy store, even on a Sunday afternoon.

The lady serving was extremely rude and just clearly had no customer relations and just didn't want to be there. Will not be visiting again for this reason. I know the staff are volunteers but please get people who are polite and friendly
