We?ve eaten at bills a lot, this experience was lovely. Helpful and nice staff and the food was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Nice enough, and what you'd expect from a branch of Bill's. The part I'm concerned about is that I have an intolerance which isn't very comfortable if it's set off and I've been mistakenly given it at a few restaurants and cafes before. For that reason I politely checked with the server when he brought it over just to make sure as he didnt state anything about the adjustment when he said the item and placed it on the table.
I know it's never ideal as a server when someone wants to check something like that but the response was quite surprising as he actually seemed very insulted I'd asked, was a little bit sarcastic back to me, and made me feel really bad for checking. He then never came back and confirmed either way. The rest of the table was a bit surprised by it, as was I.
It's not a big deal but I just feel like mistakes do happen and if someone wants to check it's a fair thing for them to do if they're nervous and want to avoid getting sick.

Busy with families like us, efficient welcome and friendly staff throughout. We thought the Big Brunches were very good value although the bacon was a bit tasteless. The 5 year old devoured his pancakes. Good for multigenerational dining

Ordered food at 14:00 and at 14:30 no food. Servers never came to us to explain, waited then asked for the bill for the drinks.
Paid including the 12.5% service charge and left.
Staff lacked customer service skills, no apology proffered just the card machine.

We had brunch at Bill's in Windsor this past weekend, and I'm always so happy to find a place that has a gluten-free menu. I decided to go for "Bill's Big Brunch" (Gluten-free of course) which was tomatoes, fried eggs, toast, a sausage, avocado, beans and potatoes. I so wanted to love it but it was SO BLAND. The only thing that had any flavour was the vegetarian sausage. Staff was very friendly and it's in a great location near Windsor castle and the train station.
Dietary restrictions: They've got a gluten-free menu.

We both got the Bill's Big Brunch which was very tasty and very well cooked. Our waitress was really lovely (I forgot her name! ?) and the atmosphere was very nice and relaxed.

Visited this restaurant on Saturday with my 3 year old son. I can safely say this was the worst service I have received. Firstly it took the waiter 20 minutes to serve us. After we was served, 15 or so minutes went past and we had still not received or drinks. As I was with my son I could not leave him at the table to try and find the waiter. Finally I managed to catch the eye of another waitress who was helpful and got us our drinks. We shortly after received our meals. Not once did a waiter come and us me how our food was or if we needed anything else. However I noticed the table next to me and the two opposite have a waiter check up on them regularly. We finished our meals and our dirty plates were left on the table for over 20 minutes without anyone clearing them up or even coming to ask us for deserts, but yet again all the tables around me were being served! It felt like we were completely left alone. Awful service.

We have visited this bills on several occasions breakfast is solid we have never had a bad one food is tasty fresh and service is good! If you visit for lunch or dinner the disaster to decent experience chances are 50/50.
