Awful experience in the Windsor store today.
Local resident. I had gone to purchase a Modern Beadnell Jacket.
On arrival I was greeted (I say this loosely) by two sales assistants who resembled bouncers by the way they stood side by side at the entrance. They were not welcoming, unfriendly, and very cold.
I was followed downstairs by one of the assistants. I honestly felt like my presence and requests were a complete inconvenience for her. I didn?t come away with the jacket I wanted as you didn?t have the colour or size I was looking for, but even if you did I would be reluctant to spend my money with you due to the poor experience.
Please provide appropriate training to ensure other customers don?t have the same experience I have had today. A friendly smile goes a long way. As I left there was no goodbye. I left feeling very uncomfortable. Awful experience.

Was a wonderful experience buying a coat for my Mother today. Both Sienna and Eugenie were very welcoming and helped us pick out the perfect item. Then they offered a free gift wrap service for some smaller items in some festive packaging free of charge. Both my mother and myself left the shop very happy, and will be back soon. Thank you to the wonderful staff and Merry Christmas!

I popped into the Windsor Barbour to store to buy a cap for my father. I had no idea about his size but the staff and manager couldn?t have been more helpful. Dad will love the cap and I had a wonderful experience with polite and accommodating staff. Bravi.

The Shop is lovely the staff are very helpful.
Unfortunately the jacket they sold me had holes in the pockets. And as yet I have not received my on line receipt.

I visited Barbour Windsor with my wife to purchase a jacket. The attention and service we received from Eugenie was made personal and in-fact we left with a jacket of my dreams plus a number of Christmas presents. We will return.

Erin is a star!!!!!Well, what makes a brand is def quality but what makes an experience, is it?s people! I love Barbour ( who doesn?t) and I must say I was delighted by Erin?s service in Windsor!She was polite, cordial, friendly and very forthcoming. I bought a gift for secret Santa and she was extremely kind to suggest a gift wrapping ( rare to see this) in a nice Christmas bag with a little cute sticker ? and a gift tag! I also now own a Barbour pin ?! After a long time I have come across such a pleasant store staff and couldn?t stop myself for putting a great review on her service!Barbour Windsor, you are lucky to have her!

I have received the most excellent service today. Firstly, Eugenie helped me to find a lovely coat which she thought most suited me. When my size wasn?t in stock, Jordan went out of her way to make sure that my preferred coat, in the correct size was available to me elsewhere. Employing her impressive technological skills, she was quickly able to find and order exactly what I wanted.I was extremely impressed by my experience in this lovely shop and I will be returning!

Surly unpleasant youngster at cashier left a very bad taste in our mouth. Not only were we spending a significant sum, we?d made a special trip to Windsor on our way to Heathrow as we?d bought coats etc there in the past. While I guess all the tourists visiting the store would try anyone?s faith in humanity, really, the young lady might be happier looking for a career outside of retail. Certainly Barbour would be better off hiring warm, friendly people who reflect well on their brand?

Dropped off my Limited Edition Waxed Jacket that i've worn for ten years for repairs and re-wax. Received a call that its ready for collection only for it to be lost.So much for Barbours "Lifetime Guarantee" with service and re-wax.What they actually mean is "Give us your jacket so we can loose it and compensate you with a new jacket as its to costly for us to actually repair it".The fact it has sentimental value means nothing to these crooks
