Surly unpleasant youngster at cashier left a very bad taste in our mouth. Not only were we spending a significant sum, we?d made a special trip to Windsor on our way to Heathrow as we?d bought coats etc there in the past. While I guess all the tourists visiting the store would try anyone?s faith in humanity, really, the young lady might be happier looking for a career outside of retail. Certainly Barbour would be better off hiring warm, friendly people who reflect well on their brand?

Dropped off my Limited Edition Waxed Jacket that i've worn for ten years for repairs and re-wax. Received a call that its ready for collection only for it to be lost.So much for Barbours "Lifetime Guarantee" with service and re-wax.What they actually mean is "Give us your jacket so we can loose it and compensate you with a new jacket as its to costly for us to actually repair it".The fact it has sentimental value means nothing to these crooks

Yet another review to say how horrific the customer service is. I have never met such stuck up staff in another Barbour store, not even a smidgen of willingness to help - I went into store to buy a new wax jacket, I will definitely not be spending my money in this store on the basis that the staff categorically do NOT deserve the commission,

Great store, with plenty of variety. Barbour jackets are built to last. They're expensive, but a great investment in your winter wardrobe.

Appalling customer service when in shop. I visited the Windsor shop on a Sunday looking for a baker style hat . Was told to go downstairs and look.. No staff down there and all three staff just chatting together by the till . Came back up stairs to ask if they have any other stock and told sorry thats all we have but you can go on line and order .. No offer was made ! STAFF TOTALLY DISINTERESTED !Ordered on line several weeks ago and have not heard anything to let me know the item has arrived.I asked to cancel the order and customer service responded that you would have to contact the store where it was delivered even though I ordered on line.I asked Joe in customer service to kindly ask the windsor store to contact me. I received an email just saying a refund will be with you in 3-4 working days. No apology saying we are sorry for the bad experience and if I hadn't pushed the onus would be on me to contact the Windsor shop for a refund.What surprises me most is that Barbour is a great Brand where you would expect good British customer service. Alas not this time.

Been to this store twice. Not once has anyone looked in my direction to say hello, and not once has anyone ever asked if I needed assistance. Staff are an absolute joke. Just buy online.

Went in the store today to look at mens jackets. Staff were totally uninterested in asking if any assistance was required. My wife asked if they had a particular jacket in a different size and the assistant said ?no? without even look the product up. The other assistant merely slouched on the desk, offering no help and looking as if working there was just too much effort. Bottom line: call me old fashioned but I?d expect more from a Barbour store in a prime location.After this experience, I walked 100m or so and purchased a Barbour jacket from a local family owned store - the staff couldn?t have been more helpful.

Great customer service from this branch. I rang to see if they had a certain item in stock, they did and said they would keep it aside for me to pick up. Not one of the larger stores, but a good range of products.

Dropped my jacket off for repair in store, only to never see it again! Customer service offered a replacement. Great if you have a standard jacket.. Not so good if yours is as was mine was, a limited addition! I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am with such a basic failure in the company's operation. How can "re-love, repair and recycle" be a serious proposition if the basics of internal shipping, and receiving of items simply doesn't work? Absolutely gutted.Barbour customer service were as mortified as I am, but given that mine was a limited addition, are unable to replace like for like.. Not the best result.

Second I've been to barber in windsor and they have no stock. Staff are useless. Only help staff could offer was go to Covent garden barber as they hold more stock.
