Yesterday mother's day we had to wait nearly one hour for our order, which was only really sandwiches. My daughter's burger she enjoyed but the chicken in my sandwich and my daughter butter milk chicken was very dry and my partner's was just tasteless.
Place itself was lovely, staff were pleasant even though an obvious busy shift for them, just food and timings were disappointing

Fin was a fantastic server. We felt very lucky to sit in the queen's bathroom, which felt nice and quite, which was our request. He ensure we never felt forgotten, provided us excellent recommendations and overall made our lunch perfect. Highly recommend for the service and atmosphere. Our food was decent, but not anything that special.

Staff is a bit vacant.
Asked for a sample of the cider on draft. An open drip catcher glass was under the tap. That was what was offered. We declined.
No glass offered for our drinks, just pop the cap off and hand you the bottle.
Quesadilla with garbanzo beans?
Not much cheese or flavour.
No salt or pepper on the tables...
No mustard when asked for.
All in all just a cock-up.
Oh and cauliflower bites were way over cooked
Go spend your food pounds someplace else.

I came on New Years Eve, and like usual, it's always bustling with people. I have to say that it was a challenge being served at the bar due to the number of people gathered all at once to get drinks. This is normally yhe case when it is really busy. They had like 4 people behind the bar. Other than that, this place is still a good bar and restaurant in the heart of Windsor, right near the train station.

I am deeply disappointed with the behaviour of the bar staff during my visit to this establishment. I came here for a birthday drink on Friday, January 10th, at approximately 11 PM, and was met with an unacceptable level of disrespect and unprofessionalism.
Despite the bar being nearly empty, we were blatantly ignored, spoken to rudely, and treated with an overall lack of courtesy. When I inquired about the name of one particular staff member, I was deliberately misled. The individual, whose actual name was Dan, falsely claimed his name was Jack. This lack of honesty and accountability was further compounded by his unapologetic demeanor and overtly unpleasant attitude.
When I requested to speak with a manager, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Several staff members gathered around, and it appeared that the supposed on-duty manager, Finn, was largely silent while another staff member took the lead in addressing me rudely. This individual dismissively remarked, "What's the problem? You got your drinks," which was repeated to me again later as I left to speak to the manager.
Trying to ascertain the names and roles of the management team proved to be a frustrating and evasive ordeal, as no one seemed willing to provide clear information. When I finally spoke with the duty manager, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the poor treatment I had experienced.
Adding to this was an uncalled-for remark from another staff member, who asked, "Is your mate drunk?"?a completely inappropriate and irrelevant comment, especially given the circumstances.
Having visited many All Bar One locations in the past, this experience was shocking and entirely unacceptable. The behaviour of the staff was unprofessional and reminiscent of immature behaviour, not what one would expect from a bar in a prestigious area like Windsor. This level of service is appalling and reflects poorly on the establishment's management and staff training standards.

Walked in, had to find our own table, asked the waitress to wipe our table, she left 2 used straws on the table. My partner and I got the focaccia sandwichs. Mine was the halloumi and roasted veg. There were no roasted flamed peppers in mine and the halloumi was way too small for the size of the bread. Leaving half the sandwich without halloumi. Focaccia was way too thick for the ingredients. My salad was large pieces of ends of lettuce with some rocket, peppers and cherry tomatoes just on top. My partner?s chicken was rubbery and not enough to fill his sandwich. All in all a horrible experience. Will not be returning.

Bottomless brunch for a hen! Was lovely atmosphere being Christmas. Beautifully decorated and warm feeling.

Food and service excellent (although I would have liked more chicken in the pad Thai. Felt more like a vegetarian dish that happened to have a couple of small strips of chicken fall into it by accident!)
We were unfortunately sat at the very end table in the restaurant. Freezing cold we had to eat in our coats and jumpers. We were also right next to the toilet doors. Not great. While there are not many places a booking of 10 can fit?it wasn?t busy and smaller tables could have been pushed together to accommodate us and smaller bookings loved to other warmer spots.
We will certainly be back. The food is delicious, everyone ordered something different and everyone loved all the food. Lots we fancied on the menu, in fact we struggled to chose for that reason. I wish I?d remembered our lovely waitresses name, blond, foreign accent, she was really attentive, kind, friendly and happy. Really lovely service. We will be back but will be sure to ask NOT to be on the back table/section.

Had the garlic chilli prawns amongst 7 dishes,the prawns were big and beautiful looking but unfortunately had no taste whatsoever,we did question a higher staff member,I explained that they had no taste atall,in response I was told they had been eaten !!!!! We were a party of 3 and had one each leaving 2 as there were 5 originally, we all agreed of their lack of flavour but again was told ?but your eating them?!!!!!
At no point were we asked if we?d like them changed or even a little garlic added for flavour again we were told ?but you have eaten 3? !!! As it was NYE I just gave up
The other food was great but maybe service members need to be re-trained!!!!!!

Hats off to Calvin who went above and beyond to ensure the service was superb! His attention to detail and overall service was next level.
