After a long time, I came back to this place with fond memories of the friendly service they used to offer. This time, it took nearly 15 minutes just to place an order for two coffees. When I asked about former staff members, one of the current employees responded rudely: ?He doesn?t work here anymore, he left a long time ago,? and then completely ignored me, as if there was nothing more to say.
Kindness should be an essential part of customer service. It?s a shame I came back ? I would?ve rather kept the good memory I had from before.

Ewelina and her staff are amazing. Friendly, professional and the coffee is always made to a high standard. Although I don?t live in Datchet, I will happily drive there most days as they treat their customers with genuine warmth.
What puzzles me though is why the outside area at the rear is not used hardly. A lot of passersby and cyclists often stop but go away as it?s either too busy or there is a lack of sitting. There is quite a bit of room and if new and updated furniture were invested I can see a lot of customers using this area and it would attract new customers especially with bicycles.

13 or so cyclists decended upon this Costa for elevensies and we were all amazed at the very efficient service provided by two young ladies. This is not a one off we have been coming here over the past few weeks. Good Service,

One member of staff left that can bothered to be friendly or use please or thankyou. Generally dirty, grubby and staff who seem utterly chaotic these days, and if your drink doesn?t taste right as with this morning, it?s an argument I'm wrong, go to Nibbles round the corner.

We really enjoy coming to this Costa and find the staff are mostly really friendly and make your drinks correctly, checking with you if they aren't sure of the order. There is a lot of seating available to its customers and it has a nice outside area. Overall, a lovely coffee shop!
