Waitrose is always excellent. Found myself in Thatcham Waitrose. The gentleman dealing with the self checkouts was amazing. Collected my basket (Tesco do not do that!), picked up something I dropped and then helped us to reclaim our parking fee. Nice work. As for the store, it's clean, tidy and had the sort of products I like. Nice work (especially the chap whose name I sadly can't remember.

A very well organised supermarket with quality products. The full-time staff are always willing to help you. You are generally welcomed by name, which is a nice touch.

Lovely lady on the kiosk today, really friendly, telling us about her holiday to feurtaventura. Never been in shop before, so was a nice surprise finding the cafe.
