Visited 9/11/23 - for lunch - very busy, which is good to see but to say our experience was disappointing is an understatement! Wish I'd read the most recent reviews on the restaurant before visiting. Queued for 20 mins just to order then waited another 25 mins for food. Not great service....cutlery and condiments didn't come with meals and the cutlery stations needed replenishing so there was another wait. Wrong drinks were served.

Well, 3rd time lucky we thought, how wrong were we. Tuesday, came for soft play and lunch, queued for over 20 mins to order food and drink, wouldn't take soft play fees til 1.45, lunch came out, wrong!! Tuna platter sandwich i ordered, received GC Tuna and cheese, half hot, half cold!! 5 staff on, should be 10 apparently... read full comment
