I went in the send a international letter from the post office, it was closed despite it being with in the post office opening hours. I asked one of the shop staff why it was closed, his response was that they have been closing early implying they have been closing when they feel like it. No worries, there is a sign by the Morrisons tills saying shop staff can help with some basic post office enquires. So I asked an employee if he could help, he stared at me blankly and said no, none of the staff are actually trained in anything realted to the post office.
Then to top if off the shop is an absolute state, there is loads of stock on the floor waiting to be put away, trollys along the back wall full of stock. Very unsightly and the perfect place for someone to trip and hurt themselves.

When an item is out of stock on deliveroo they just cancel your order and don't mark the item out of stock. Hung up on me when I tried to call to find out why they are cancelling my orders. Very unprofessional.

This place is shocking!! I?ve had a few poor experiences in here with staff who are rude and are more interested in their personal lives than they are doing their job.
This evening they refuse my Deliveroo order and when I drove to the shop to see if they had my items I asked why they hadn?t accepted the order to be told ?we decline when we are busy or items are out of stock?! They were dead in there and guess what, all 6 items I wanted were all in stock!! This place is dreadful and staff do not want to be there

Went in today to use the pay point services to be told that although they offer pay point services they refused to use it shambles off a shop I?ve been in here many a times being local and if there not refusing custom they are shouting across the shop having conversations from one side to the other very rough shop indeed.

Vastly overpriced compared to a normal Morrisons store. Staff often just lounging outside the front door smoking. Oh, and if you buy reduced items, check your receipt. Twice now they've sneeked an item through at full price when it has a reduced label on it

Nice little supermarket if you just want a few things. It also has a post office at the back which is very handy.
