As to be expected, there were a couple of snags, and delays while replacement parts were on order, but Jenny was fantastic at keeping in touch to explain what was happening and when the work would be finished.In terms of the kitchen itself - I absolutely LOVE it! “My husband & I would 100% recommend Dream Doors. The whole experience, right from the initial consultation with Graham to the actual fitting of the kitchen was brilliant. Graham who is in charge of the Newbury office was excellent at responding to any questions we had via email. We were given some crates to help move stuff out of the kitchen. These were very handy. The kitchen fitters and Andy (Installations Manager) were all very friendly and hard working. We had an issue with the size of the cupboards which was resolved very quickly, we were very impressed. The whole project ran extremely smoothly and was completed on time. Even though we had a kitchen refurbishment rather than a brand new kitchen, you wouldn’t know it as everything looks brand new. The quality of everything is top notch. We are very happy!”
