As soon as I turned on my brand new Wahl trimmers the blade went wonky, luckily it wasn't on a dog at the time otherwise it would have cut.I called and very politely advised the problem and asked for it to be rectified. Couldn't give me a solution over the phone so advised they would email. I had not used the product so everything was as new.Answer back was they would send it to Wahl for warranty repair. Called and no answer so left them a voicemail advising this is not acceptable as the item was delivered faulty and I have consumer rights. Never bothered to return my call so now have a trimmer but no blade so I will have to buy replacement at my own expense. Will not be using Groomers again.

I've used this Company for 14 years since started dog grooming I find their telephone manner nowadays stuffy & condisending. I'm going elsewhere .

I thought it must be a different company when I saw these poor reviews because the niceness and help which I received from the Groomers team in January 2022 has been excellent and more helpful than I could have expected.

Awful customer service! You can never get through, the line is never available! I sent back a pair of scissors in June this year worth over a £110 and I?m still waiting for a refund??? I wish I just kept the bloody broken scissors now at least I would of had something to show for it ?

Always a problem! Always get delivery addresses wrong. Don't contact you when things aren't in stock and never process your refunds when they say they are doing it. Avoid

Shame was expecting order within a week but when checking on status was told delay caused by Crufts so have to wait to be delivered following week. I ordered after Crufts so not quite sure why l was affected.
