I would give more stars if it was possible. The whole process from the initial consultations to the fitting worked like clockwork. Everything that was promised was delivered on time. The entire team have been absolutely fantastic and a special thank you to Andy the fitter for his outstanding work. I am very happy with the end result which has been admired by friends & family. Honestly, if anyone is thinking of doing their kitchen, I can not recommend Dream Doors enough.

Tried to contact them three times via email - no response. 16th March, 19tb March and then again on 18th May. They obviously don?t want the business.

My husband & I would 100% recommend Dream Doors. The whole experience, right from the initial consultation with Graham to the actual fitting of the kitchen was brilliant. Graham who is in charge of the Newbury office was excellent at responding to any questions we had via email. We were given some crates to help move stuff out of the kitchen. These were very handy. The kitchen fitters and Andy (Installations Manager) were all very friendly and hard working. We had an issue with the size of the cupboards which was resolved very quickly, we were very impressed. The whole project ran extremely smoothly and was completed on time. Even though we had a kitchen refurbishment rather than a brand new kitchen, you wouldn?t know it as everything looks brand new. The quality of everything is top notch. We are very happy!

The only reason for the 1 star is the after-sales service we have received. Our units were changed were changed a few years ago by a team of fitters who were fantastic and went over and above our expectations. Since then the owners of the franchise changed and we have had a problem where 1 of the panels next to the drinks fridge the covering has lifted. Despite my wife's best efforts it took approx 2 months for someone to finally arrange an appointment to come and have a look as we hoped may be covered by warranty of some description. Sadly these seems not the case as because it is next to the drinks fridge he blamed constant exposure to moisture therefore basically tough. Why i am disappointed is because if this is the case why did the original surveyor not mention it may not be a wise choice to use the Dream Doors unit side as we had no problem with the previous unit side and why did the current surveyor not take into consideration the units above where the kettle is (in use every day) and take the time to see that those units have no problem despite being exposed to the kettle steam every day. have Basically had to bodge the piece where the covering lifted and then the wood expanded as moisture could gain access but it does mar the work the fitters did when they fitted everything which is a shame at the end of the day.

We had discussed upgrading and modernising our kitchen and paid Dream doors a visit on our way through Thatcham unannounced ,to see the quality of the products and assess the service on offer.
A thorough and constructive discussion followed, leading to a home visit , measuring up and the decision to proceed.
This company is a very well organised team, clearly defined roles, personable , professional and very experienced.
Nothing was to much effort, true customer service in all aspects.
Judging from my experience and the result, we are delighted with the decision to use dream doors.
Thank you to everyone, it was a pleasure working with you.

We started researching kitchen makeovers vs new kitchens some time ago.
We found that Dream Doors had loads more options of door styles than the high street options. The showroom staff helped us, using photos of our kitchen, to create pictures of what the new kitchen would look like in the colour options as we couldn't decide.
We ended up making over most of the kitchen by changing the door fronts and panels, keeping the existing units but we also added some new units which allowed us to lose our energy eating range and get a mid-height built in double oven instead.
This was a fabulous way to get the look of a brand new kitchen, change only what we wanted and not have to pay for a complete rip-out and refit.
Dream Doors also organised tile removal, plastering and a new floor. One company to manage the whole project.
We are really very happy that we used Dream Doors and certainly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family- It's like I have a brand new kitchen! Every visible part of my units is the new colour as all the side panels were carefully exchanged.
The units are a great colour and brighten up the kitchen. Complimented by the new white sink and worktops.
The fitter that was used by this company was excellent- friendly and very hardworking. He worked hard for four days renovating our kitchen.

Dream doors replaced all the kitchen cabinet doors for us. The installers were very competent and did an excellent job. We're very pleased with the outcome.

Lovely team!
I first had a showroom visit, when I went in Eva showed me around and made sure to listen to my needs. We looked at colors and materials, and she explained all advantages and disadvantages of various options. She also explained price points which helped me stick to my realistic budget.
Unlike other Kitchen Companies, they never asked for payments upfront, which really gave me the feeling that they care about me as a customer. Absolutely everything was included in the price I got, no hidden costs.
It was hard for me to decide on colors, so it was amazing to hear that they offer a design visual service where I can see what different colors would look like in my kitchen. That helped me decide as I personally struggle to visualise things in my mind.
I only paid the balance when the job was finished and I was satisfied, if I had any questions or concearns, they were always there to help. I am truly amazed by Dream Doors.
Another thing that I liked is that they have Vouchers!! I believe they call them Refer a Friend... So, if you find my review useful, you could perhaps mention my name and I'll get a voucher! :)

I emailed Dear Doors Thatcham a couple of weeks ago to arrange an appointment for someone to come and visit. It took a couple of days for someone to respond. The lady who called was helpful and when she gained our availability she asked if she could call back and confirm a date. of course, I agreed. When she rung back she confirmed an appointment for Saturday 4th of November at 9:30am. 9:30am on Saturday 4th of November has come and gone and unfortunately, their design consultant didn't show. So naturally, we wont be using this Dream Door company!
