Very disappointed the staff was not interested in helping just stayed behind the counter and when came to pay added VAT on to the price with out any sign on the label or in store .

I'm so glad I went in person and be tried on trousers and blouses. I bought elsewhere online and they are ghastly so thank goodness I have these great items to wear on my holiday!
