Had off site meetings. It was a great location and the meeting area was fully stocked just outside the meeting rooms with snacks, drinks, etc.
The rooms were lovely and well maintained. in general the team was very friendly and attentive. However, the bar staff and waiting staff often had to be flagged down to address things. That said, I would still fully recommend this location.

For a wedding the venue is beautiful, the grounds are secure so I was happy for my kids to wander with their cousins playing. The food was lovely and the rooms I wish I got to spend more time in because it was lovely as well.
Rooms: We had a family room, big double bed, sofa bed and a cot (mattress was not provided to us but was to others). Ours was a newer room above the function hall. Didn't hear much noise at all from the wedding going on. Small fridge with water is provided in the room as well as a coffee machine and kettle.
Food and drinks: We attended a wedding and the food was amazing, even vegetarian and vegan options were amazing I was told. Breakfast was lovely and the sausages were delicious

We had afternoon tea and it was excellent. My wife is dairy intolerant and they made everything for her that pretty much matched my version and was extremely tasty and not artificial tasting like some places.
The service was superb from the two waiters.
We will both be going back again soon

We went for lunch to the Fork with my kids and another couple and Edward attended our table. He had an excellent customer service, he looked after us all the time, was very kind to my kids and even brought them some note pads and colours to be entertained and some cookies at the end of the meal.
Also my friend who is celiac was also very well attended.
Higly recommend it and if Edward is there to look after you all the better!

We at Decobloom Boutique had the absolute pleasure of setting up a dream ceremony and reception at the stunning Royal Berkshire Hotel in Ascot. The beautiful grounds provided the perfect backdrop for our vision, featuring a white runner and tall pillars adorned with elegant silk floral arrangements of wild garden blooms and white roses. Petals cascaded gracefully down each side of the aisle, while soft drapes and a single rose adorned the chairs, creating an enchanting atmosphere for an amazing couple.
The staff at the Royal Berkshire Hotel were simply outstanding, offering assistance at every turn and ensuring everything went smoothly. Their dedication and attention to detail made our job so much easier, and we couldn't be more grateful for their support. The ceremony grounds were impeccably maintained, allowing our decor to blend seamlessly with the natural beauty of the surroundings. And to top it all off, the weather was absolutely perfect, making the day even more special for the couple.
Inside, the hotel was grand and comfortable, providing a luxurious setting for the entire event. The wedding reception room was bright and beautiful, featuring chandeliers and twinkling lights that added a magical touch to the celebration. Outside, comfortable tables and chairs offered plenty of shade for the hot days, while garden games set on the grounds as a permanent feature allowed guests to play and enjoy themselves.
We highly recommend the Royal Berkshire Hotel for any special occasion. Their exceptional service and breathtaking venue truly made this ceremony unforgettable.

We had our wedding at the Royal Berkshire this August and had a truly magical day. Thank you so much to all the staff (especially Dominika, our wedding coordinator) who went above and beyond to create our dream wedding. We can't wait to come back to reminisce!

Lovely property with friendly staff. Wish I stayed longer. Even after I left, I was reunited with some lost property. I?d left sandals in the room that I?d just purchased. They were pricey so I was very surprised to receive an email about them. I?ve stayed in other hotels and left trainers that ?disappeared? after the cleaners went in. I highly recommend staying here if you?re looking for somewhere in the area. I?d definitely stay again!

Nice location great grounds. Rooms are ok, breakfast is a little hectic as it's a small area. I'll never forget the receptionist who cried when I explained the difference between a suite and an executive room. Clearly Mummy had never told her other people have opinions and that she won't always be right.

Recently stayed here as part of a trip to Legoland with my family including 2 children and would fully recommend. The place is really well geared up for families with the amount of outdoor games for us all to enjoy as well as the little colouring book in the room for the boys. Customer service was spot on, having travelled with kids a couple of times this year and been less impressed, this place stood head and shoulders above chains like Novotel, Premier Inn etc. Particular praise should be given to the lady that checked us in, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name, but she was super helpful.

My sister and I had a wonderful 2 night stay during the races. This is truly still a hotel that knows how to provide effortless luxury. Understated, always warm and attentive, perfect rooms and good food. Our highlight was an evening on the terrace with live music, cocktails, and people dancing under the stars. I'm already planning a romantic getaway weekend for my husband and I soon. Thank you Royal Berkshire, it has been a pleasure.

Stayed for two nights earlier this week and really enjoyed it, we has a room in the new extension and dined in the restaurant for one evening and had breakfast on the morning we left, the food was very tasty, the rooms were spacious and airy and the ladies on reception were very helpful suffice to say that we're going to book again next year.
