Katie at Romans in Sunningdale was extremely helpful and went the extra mile for myself and my wife when we were looking to rent our current property. Katie at Sunningdale Office has got a excellent work ethos acts immediately with any queries you might have.Katie originally showed me around the property before I decided to rent and answered any questions I had and after two weeks of moving in emailed me to see how I was settling in.To sum Katie up she will do very well in the industry and in life because she's got the right attitude manners and politeness which very hard to encounter these days and as an employer myself not easy to get professionally driven people to become part of a team.Kind regardsAndreDirectorwww.pointalimited.co.uk

Romans have been my letting agent for two years now. I started renting a property in Sunninghill through a private landlord back in 2019. Romans were hired two years into my contract due to problems with a previous letting agent and the landlords. Isabella York is my Property Manager. I have nothing but praise for Isabella, very easy to talk to, very understanding of my needs as a tenant and always responds to my emails and queries in a quick professional manner. The problems inside and outside the property are at long last being handled by their professional contractors, Matt and Gary from McAllister Design & Build assigned by Isabella and I have nothing but praise for the professional contractors Romans use. Some series scummy people working for them beware.Moved out of property on agreed date because we were having to host people looking to buy property every other day for over 6 months.So far they have tried to charge us for extra 4+ months of rent despite it being in writing from them when we moved out, they have tried to put debt collectors from Energy company on a mentally disabled people that lived at property despite not being tenant.We had to but are own panels for garden then have taken court action because we removed the panel we bought and installed when we left.The house was left to them and likely was not rented or sold and thus they suddenly 6 months later decided, it was our responsibility that they left the house to neglect as the house has moisture issues and they didn't attend to it like we did.Avoid Sunningdale branch at all costs.

Thanks to Romans - Sunningdale, we were able to find a house in Ascot and move into it easily! Since we were moving to the UK for the first time, we were oblivious to the processes around renting in UK, which definitely involved many steps and paperwork. The whole process was particularly made easy for us by the local lettings advisors, Nick and Courtney. Thanks again guys, would definitely come back to you for help in future.

Really pleased with the service from Romans Sunningdale. The process when securing my property to rent was efficient and professional. Nick was happy to answer any questions I had and made the whole process go with ease. My property manager Pooja Chavda is super helpful, friendly and easy to contact. She always replies and communicates any information quickly and efficiently.
