Visited today for afternoon tea (90min free flowing prosecco).
It's a great location with a lovely building and grounds, food was great and the staff were very friendly.

We had the most wonderful afternoon tea and would definitely go back. The food options were varied and tasty (with lots left over to take home) and the grounds are stunning. The staff went out of their way to make our time their extra special so thank you very much!!

We were a party of 12 for an 80th yesterday.
Service was extremily poor. We had to search for staff for hot water and tea top ups.
We have all had awful sickness today too. Whether that be the sandwiches or scones or cakes, either way feeling very uncomfortable and will not be returning.
I was charged extra for green tea but on the website said included.
The place is pretty and lovely gardens but a huge disappointment with service and food quality.
Despite them commenting on this post they have not dealt with this in any way other than a rude email ? definitely don't go here!

Really poor service all round and equally poor quality food. We booked for a very special 80th birthday afternoon tea but unfortunately it turned out to be anything but special. The outside grounds were nice though.
*Also really not happy with your below reply and subsequent response. A good professional company would take ownership of an issue and not try to brush it under the carpet and pretend the poor service, quality and experience ever took place. Very disappointing.

I recently visited Kempton?s at Sunningdale with a group of friends for afternoon tea, and we were all incredibly impressed.
The afternoon tea itself was excellent, with delicious treats beautifully presented. The service was impeccable, attentive, friendly, and professional.
The stunning historic venue added to the charm, providing a beautiful and scenic setting that made the experience even more special.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and I will definitely be arranging another event here in the future. Highly recommended

Fantastic venue, restored and looking exquisite and truly one of Berkshires best kept secrets! So pop in and have a coffee or a glass of wine and some lunch. The views are glorious and the staff are superb! Thank you dear AnnMarie, Mary, Harris, Tristan, Kieran, Kurrine and James. You are always so welcoming and hard working! The staff are first class and the facilities are too.
The prices are reasonable for dining out but the food delivers beyond the usual Casual Dining Experience.
I really recommend Kempton?s at Sunningdale for a top class dining experience with wonderful intimate settings.

We had a delightful dinner at Kemptons in Sundridge Park. The food was delicious, especially the coq au vin, which I highly recommend. There are also great menu options for children. Annemarie, was attentive and friendly, making for a very pleasant evening.

A lovely country house setting in Sunningdale Park. Staff were friendly upon arrival and were quick to seat us. The gentleman that initially greeted us was friendly and didn?t rush us. I was with my elderly Nan who isn?t the quickest of walkers and he was very patient whilst showing us to our table.
The young lady that served us the afternoon tea was also professional, kind and accommodating.
The food was delicious and served swiftly. Very reasonably priced.
A very pleasant afternoon tea made better in such a nice environment with such attentive staff.
My only advice for those coming with elderly relatives would be (where possible) to drive to the front of the building and drop them off by the door and then park the car. There is a it of a hill between the car park and the house.
Thanks again, hopefully back some point in the new future.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Mary and the Chef get a special mention for making my friend?s 60th Birthday so special after the booking system at another location let us down. The waiting staff were brilliant, apologies for not getting their names. You really saved the day and we can?t wait to return. Thank you again
