Orginal review 14th June - Do not use this letting agents ! they let a property which had a serious black mould issue to myself but did so only as a go between with the private landlord meaning we are not able to use their complaints services or complaint to an ombudsmen, within a month of myself leaving the property and with no further work completed they are letting the property again, knowing it is a health risk. I have spoken to other tenants in the block who have confirmed no work has been carried out to rectify the mould issue. I have made a formal complaint to slough council. If you are looking at 20 the drive sl3 7db please do not rent this property as it will affect your health. Please see images enclosed.
Added on 18th June 2024 the estate agents left a comment stating that health of tenants is of their highest priority/ they have no evidence of the below issues. They have been provided with the full email trail with the landlord , enclosing images and dates of those images, I also discussed this with Wendy in person and they have not responded to emails regarding this and also have been unable to confirm any works were completed on the property to deal with the mould issues before seeking to find new renters which again they were fully aware of prior to myself leaving the property. They are aware of the complaint made to Slough council.

Avoid if selling or buying? sales team are cowboys. Staff are both rude & obnoxious with no telephone manners. They only show properties to their preferred list of clientele rather than driving up the sale of a property.. so sellers beware!

As a nervous first time buyer and cautious to part with my hard earned money, I cannot sing enough praises about the professional and efficient customer service provided by the manager, Kiran Chana, from initial conception to completion.Walked into Langley office and was welcomed by Kiran. Very friendly and answered all my questions but more importantly, I was extremely grateful for the honesty and advice Kiran provided about the pit-falls I hadn?t thought about. I knew I was in safe hands (compared to a couple of other estate agents, who I did not at all feel comfortable with).Thanks Kiran for getting everything through quickly for me, especially during these difficult pandemic times. You are highly recommended!

Do not deal with these guys. Kiran the manager said our offer was the best but gave the house for the same offer to someone else purely because they bribed her. So if you want a house, bribing works for these guys otherwise you won't get it. Also, make sure it's a decent amount or else they will give it to someone else. Purely unprofessional.And before you say we don't have proof, the house is near us and we know the person. Disgusting behaviour. Seriously they need to sack all of them and rehire some more professional staff. They probably get owners less money for their home as long as the buyer bribes them. ????

Overall the agency was very welcoming when I walked in. I found Cathy and Tas to be excellent when selling my property in Rockall Court. Everything went through quite quickly duing the sale. I would definately use them again.
