Boiler service done properly he checked things the last firm never bothered with and pointed out a small leak on a valve that I got sorted same visit felt like an actual service this time

Needed a plumber for a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink that had been dripping into the cupboard. Rang around a few places in Langley and most couldn't come for days. These guys offered a same day visit which made the decision easy. The plumber arrived on time, had a look and explained what needed replacing. He had the parts with him already which saved a lot of time. The repair itself was done in under an hour. He was upfront about the hourly rate before starting so there was nothing unexpected on the bill. Good straightforward service.

Getting a plumber booked was easier than I expected. I explained the issue, got a clear time window, and the visit happened without chasing anyone. The repair itself was handled quickly and the plumber kept it simple when explaining what had gone wrong. Everything has been working properly since.

I had emergency call out for a leak in my shower. This was fixed promptly and reasonable amount was charged. However after putting shower back onto the wall the water was either too hot or too cold. This was not the case prior to the job. Peter was not willing to take any responsibility for this and did not want to come and have a look without charge. This was not put back together properly during the job. The plumber had switched the temperature control knob with the on/off knob. Now we can't control the temperature. These guys are cowboys and once they leave your property and are paid they will not come back if at fault. Unprofessional. Do not use. Avoid.
ps picture below shows plumber has put the wrong part in the wrong place. Writing is upside down. If this same part was put on the right hand side, the writing would be the right way up, clearly showing an error has taken place. Plumber still arguing they did no wrong.

I would have given them a 5 star but the after work customer service was atrocious!
We booked Peters company for an emergency leak and he sent plumber Arek to our house. He fixed the leak in our shower but unfortunately placed the temperature valve and the valve for water pressure control in the wrong way. When we called back to ask them to rectify this mistake, the owner Peter was incredibly rude and abrupt and said he will not accept fault and will not send the plumber to fix the job that HE messed up on!
He then hung the phone up on us! We made the payment straight after the job. His mistake has rendered our shower unusable!
Do not book them! Horrible customer service
