Contact in high street Slough number not working I got my second WiFi contract from the there when the times come to activate my WiFi we all day stuck at home no engineer arrived even I will try through customer services both attended not trying to convince me send attended give me advise stayed home he contacted with Mustafa engineer he will come to you 22/5/25 .

Most unprofessional team ever. The staff including girl and boys both behaves very rude and don't want to explain anything to the customer. I visited two times to the store and they treat you like you came as a headache to them. Staff need training about how to behave and work in a customer dealing job.

Very slow response. Waited there for almost 20 minutes, and the sale reps were busy discussing non relevant stuff with the customers and didn't respond at all.
