I had an excellent experience at Vision Express Slough. The team were welcoming and professional from the start. The eye test was very thorough, and the optician explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I also appreciated the advice when choosing glasses ? helpful without being pushy. The whole visit was smooth, efficient, and I felt well looked after. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Very poor service from the Manager Amar very rude using derogatory language telling me l was talking rubbish , very bossy . He will benefit from communication lessons He mentioned Vision Property Management allows him to throw customers out spoke in front of about 6 customers and the junior staff who are intimidated , the lady who attended to me was excellent she tried to diffuse the situation by saying he was sometimes good however l doubt this occasion it was unacceptable and will not do business with you as Amar said l should go to other stores . And l will send message across about Amar who is a bad apple He further said he can also tell him mum she is talking nonsense so sees nothing wrong just because l had said if l was a different person would he have given me a higher discount because he said l received a high discount last year therefor l should be fair so my argument was if l was different then l would have got , he further accused me of passing a racial comment . I asked him to learn to understand ask for clarity instead of just responding without understanding the context. Vision Express need to send him for public relations lessons or send him home such people drag the name of company down. I will not accept being shouted at for spending my money. Last year l got 2 pairs of glasses for over £700 when l returned to raise concerns l was told it was after 100days yet in the first place no one had mentioned it that?s why l came again this year but instead l get told was talking rubbish?

Between various opticians, this one has easy, nearly no cost car park near by, and enough friendly staff to not make you wait too long, give your eyes a through examination, explanation of vision health and help you choose the right glasses of your choice without a hard sell. To top it they engage with you as an individual, rather than just another customer.

I went into Vision Express Opticians in Queenmere, Slough and I received a 1st Class Service. Amar and Wania were very Professional and cared about the Customers that walked through their door. Their knowledge was incredible on there products and they made sure I was well looked after. I am spreading the word that you won't be disappointed and I am now going to use their Branch from now on. I am so glad I went in to explore there choice of Glasses which have all trends at reasonable prices. Try it for yourself! 'ENJOY YOUR VISIT' SANDRA DIANE EDWARDS. ????

I was greeted in a friendly professional was attended to right away. The optometrist was professional, friendly and highly competent. Every member of staff I encountered appeared to be polite and competent (4 in total).
