AVOID - BUG FOUND CRAWLING ON BED
Ended up leaving at night once I found a little friend on my bed. The room also had a smell and is outdated. No lock on doors from the inside so did not feel safe either. Only access room via a physical key on the outside (no keyhole to lock from the inside).
Reception was not much help either. They were more concerned about a bad review and tried to downplay the situation.

Lovely stay enjoyed it thanks for having us

Without a doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed. Thank god it's only for the one night.
The fan in the bathroom is on constantly. The curtains do absolutely nothing to stop the harsh streetlights outside. The lights in the hallway are bright enough to light Wembley Stadium and bleed through the bottom of the door.
I cannot escape the light.

Absolutely disgusting. I woke up to cockroaches in my room and on my wall.
When walking down the corridor to exit the hotel there was something on the floor that I'm unsure how to describe.
It may be close to the M25 but not somewhere you want to stay and wake up to this

Room was nicely decorated and clean, the carpets where in fair condtion which was nice when having a crawling baby.
Only downside tv aeriel wires where all loose on the skirting the front cover for keeping them boxed in was missing which isnt great with little ones. Would also be nice to have a lock on bathroom door or the door handle adjusted so it stopped shut instead of been eaily pushed open. Also greenery at back needs attention our room did have weeds growing through the window.
Great basic base for heathrow or legoland and suprisingly not as a noisy as imagined due to closeness and also toby cavery next day making it convienent for breakfast

Leaving this review solely for the guy on the desk tonight named Ali. He was very very helful, we arrived round 11pm and our room was on the top floor, then he seen my wheelchair, ( i should of specified in the booking ). He then looked for a room downstairs even though it was fully booked, he upgraded us as it was the onky room advailable downstairs, helped us with all our suitcases, and help open doors for my wheelchair. My autistic son was having a little episode crying as usual and he managed to calm him down. Great customer service, bare in mind this was at 11 pm at night. Thank you ali

Standard Travelodge, nice rooms, free car parking and best of all - a Toby Carvery on site ????

Excellent value for money considering its proximity to the airport. The free parking is definitely a big bonus and a rarity with many hotel chains charging their guests for the pleasure of staying at their hotel! So definitely a big plus. Room was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, there is no air-conditioning, and I arrived during record high temperatures. A fan was already set up in the room, but it did little to reduce the overall room temperature. There was no soap in the dispenser (near the wash hand basin). But really, everything was manageable, and I may consider staying at this hotel group for future stays, just not on a hot summer's ? day ?

We booked 3 nights here
Mainly for it's location. It was easy accessible to the railway station 25 minute walk. We wanted to do the tower in London, and HMS BELFAST.WE purchase all day travel by train, tube and bus ticket within the catchment area of outer London, for a very reasonable price.
It was a short bus ride to Windsor also, so we did not have to move the car for the whole time. One train journey in and around London, and 2 days into Windsor, which was more sedate.PLUS THIS TRAVEL LODGE HAS A TOBY CARVERY ATTACHED TO IT, Which was another bonus.

Ok check was quick and straight forward. Was slightly worried as close to the A4 and Toby carvery was next door with a shared car park.
But at night there is no noise from the road and just an occasional door getting shut from next door.
Fairly typical Travelodge with bus stop virtually outside to take you to Slough one way or you could get the 702 to take you to central London for£3.00 and also accepts bus passes.
Room was adequate size as was bathroom with nice hot shower.

Stayed here on my way to another destination as it was close today the M4. Cheap, clean accommodation with a Toby Carvery across the car park. The hotel seems popular with contactors and unfortunately I found it very noisy with many leaving from 5.45am onwards and van doors opening and closing.
