Headed down the M4 to Slough, after our local Reading store sourced some extra tiles for us. Sarah was a delight to chat with on the phone and meet in store. Nothing was too much trouble - they kindly matched the discounted price honoured by another store, as well as opening and inspecting each tile in the box, prior to leaving.

This tile shop is the best in the area. I visited the neighbouring ones first, but was not impressed with their service and they showed no intetest to assist.Then went into Topps Tiles Slough.From the door I was greeted and offered help!I was impressed with the Customer Service I did receive and decided to purchase all I needed here for my two bathrooms installation.I visisted the shop many times during my renovation and always the service was excellent!Special thanks to Mohammad, he went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Very knowledgable too.Sarah is another brilliant shop assistant and always ready to help.Excellent experience throughout!Thank you!

We have received great service from the staff at the Slough branch. We are renovating our kitchen and found splash back, flooring and window sill tiles from the vast range available. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, even when we returned some boxes of tiles that we didn?t use. The renovations have been very stressful so it was such a relief to deal with such lovely people who gave us great advice and even helped carry to our car. I will not hesitate to visit this branch when we renovate our bathrooms. A huge thank you to Topps Tiles Slough..you really made a difference!

We highly recommend this branch. Outstanding and efficient service by all the staff who go above and beyond. We ordered some tiles which were difficult to source, but Sarah did everything in her power, to ensure we got these, and in good time. A great team of staff and excellent service every time. Nothing is too much trouble and we will definitely come back to the store again. Thank-you!

Each interaction I've had with the staff at the Slough branch has been first rate; helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Special mention to Mark and the branch manager for their assistance with our Mora Tile purchase and Sarah for all her expertise helping me with samples. Highly recommend for your tiling needs.

Really patient and helpful while we were making our choice . Good communication on ordering and availability. Even helped load the car on the 3 trips to get everything home . Nice and friendly, would definitely recommend.
