Poor costumer service. Store is a mess. Very unorganized and very dirty. Clothes and other items sold are often covered in dust. Some shelves seem to have not been cleaned for years. This location is an absolute embarrassment to the TKMAX franchise. Would not recommend.

Great customer service
Today we visited just for some shopping and unfortunately my mother started feeling dizzy and unwell but thanks to the staff and another customer my mother was comforted and helped in no time.
Big thanks to the staff and the mysterious customer who helped my mother get back on her feet.

I had a very bad experience with manager.I went to return and exchange 2 items.She wasted my 20 minutes my checking the prices of items that i was returning.She was not believing what i was telling her and after wasted my 20 minutes she didn't even say sorry for misunderstanding.she was making a fuss why I am returning and exchanging the items, this is not your card etc etc.Poor communication with customers.highly dissappointed with her behaviour.

Good morning,
I love shopping at TKmaxx. They have very good quality-price.
Unfortunately, I recently had a disappointing experience at TKmaxx Slough. I forgot my coffee mug at the till when I was paying. I was the last person, so, no other customer could possible have taken it. Next day, I came back to ask for it and they said they didn't see anything. The manager asked me to call next day. And when I called next day,
she said nothing was found. Very much disappointing that the stuff at this shop do not know how to respect the customer's belongings. No coming back to shop at this TKmaxx.
