Complete joke! Cant even get an appointment to see a doctor. A person would die but the surgery would not care!.I hardly use the surgery and try and avoid as much as possible but when I do need a doctor, I'm told I have to wait for weeks! And flogged off to the pharmacy! The NHS is a joke!

Called today 22/03 to get an appointment most disappointed with the reception I got from the "lovely" staff member who answered the call!! She was awful!! I got the impression that because I wouldn't give her the full account of why I wanted an appointment she then twice put me on hold for some time, no apology for keeping me waiting, she really didn't want to give me an appointment that's the distinct impression she gave me! She came over as quite nasty. Is this the roll of the receptionist now ?? They decide if you get an appointment or in my case not!! Or rather offered one at the end of April!! What the hell is going on?? Called again to ask for practice managers name, again hostile asked me why I wanted it!!!! Really? ? My friend was with me when I called and even she said how rude she was to me. Not acceptable.

I received a letter from this surgery telling me I am no longer welcome at this praxis due to me living too far away but that didn't bother them for 10 years , my best guess is that I didn't want the covid jab & the flu jab . The last time I was in the praxis was over Two years ago the doctor told me to make a follow-up appointment at the reception in which they told me to book it online when I tried on their website it said it wasn't possible, it feels to me that they don't want people to book appointments , only seriously ill patients are welcome that's where they make their money . After being with them for nearly 15 years I feel let down struck off for no reason .

I have always had the best experience when dealing with staff from this surgery. Grace is so lovely and pleasant to speak to and always goes over and beyond to be helpful. I?m so grateful for people like her in the NHS.

I was treated horribly this morning 26th January by the receptionist who was working on the phone in the morning at 9am she didn't give me her name. I simply asked for my blood results and wanted to arrange a urine sample and a call from the doctor explaining my results, after the doctor sent me an urgent text about them. She quickly said she can't assist me , I've been in the surgery from a child so was very confused as I know this is a service that can be offered. I tried to explain how severely I needed this call, in a calm manner, I intentionally kept my tone calm as I noticed hers getting louder. she began getting defensive, and basically said there's nothing she can do, she claimed i was being patronising (because she could not say i was being rude) and hung up on me. I still needed help so had to call back despite being first in the queue this receptionist kept me on hold before 20 mins, before finally answering and saying I can drop my urine sample, but did not help with call informing me of my test results. I felt dehumanised, I felt violated she told me everyone is going through things what I'm going through doesn't matter. I would like this looked into as a receptionist treating a patient with a serious ailment who was not aggressive towards her with so much disrespect because of her ego is deplorable. I still need more assistance but going to try and call back later In the day so I don't have to speak to her.

I m planning change gp. Gp here are not bothered at all about patients health. My wife has been suffering from severe pain from last 3-4 months. I contacted them 2-3 times but every time, we were told to wait and we asked for physiotherapist and gp lied that nhs don't take care of it. But it is not true, after this I went for a private physiotherapist and saw some improvement and also got to know that the analysis done by them was wrong.

I've been with this partnership since 1988, and can't fault it. They've always looked after me well. The female Doctors are indeed very switched on, and Yes, Doc martin does work here, but men are by nature grumpy anyway. Most surgeries are under immense pressure, and if some people want the red carpet treatment, they should go private. Even Doctors are human. Top marks and keep up the good work!

For a short time I believed the receptionists at this surgery had improved. However, unfortunately, they're back to their rude and blunt manner where on the phone or face to face. The way in which they speak to their patients leave them feeling more vulnerable and at their mercy. Please Doctors address this situation, your reviews cry out the same message, yet nothing seems to be done about it.There is no need to speak down and in such a condescending manner to patients or anyone.

RECEPTION:For some (strange) reason the receptionists here think they have the academic background/expertise to advise on when you should be booking a GP appointment, bizzare?!DOCTORS:Really depends on who you get, some are friendly others make you wonder why they chose a career which heavily involves working with other humans.FACILITIES:Are ok, relatively large waiting area. Car park is extremely small so best to park in Mercian Park Car Park just down the road.

Came into surgery for my son, met one of the male doctors not sure of his name but had glasses I believe. Although he was helpful he seemed so unbothered and was leaning back onto his chair or should I say 'slouching' just seemed unprofessional and I felt awkward being there.. Otherwise as I'm new to the surgery has been okay as of now
