very poor service. Receptionist are very rude. There is no clear communication between Physicians and receptionist- things get missed easily due to lack poor communication. Important stuff and not updated on system.

Excellent customer service and customer care provided by GP admin staff Sowmia. Always polite, professional, helpful and efficient. The surgery is always very busy and I needed some help following a Gp appointment with some urgent matters related to admin before a deadline. Sowmia always goes the extra mile and was able to help coordinate everything with GP's, other admin staff and myself to ensure that the deadline was not missed. Thank you Sowmia. I am grateful to you. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Guirguis, Dr Zafa, Nikki, Iwona, Caroline, Annette and Hannah and all staff. You all work hard and often to tight deadlines and it is appreciated. I am always able to book a appointment on E-Consult, if in busy times it's not possible on the telephone, I am contacted within 2 days if not sooner by a GP/nurse or other staff and the admin help/prescriptions are always completed in a timely manner. I have been a patient for around 20 years and recommend the Surgery to all and continue to be a satisfied patient/customer. Thank you.

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding a recent incident during our baby's scheduled 1 year injections. Despite logging in on time through the computer system, we were unable to see the Nurse due to a malfunction in the system. Hanna Murray the Practice Nurse refused to see us, we were waiting for over an hour.This experience has left us feeling disappointed and worried about the impact on our baby's health. We believe in the importance of timely medical assessments, and the system failure has disrupted this crucial aspect of our child's care.We will be taking this further.

Today I went in to speak to the lovely receptionist Sneha about getting a prescription. I am autistic and she was so understanding and helpful. She spoke to the doctor straight away and managed to help me get my prescription within 20 minutes.If you need help ask Sneha!

I had a fantastic experience at Orchard Surgery. The doctors, nurses, and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They showed genuine care and concern for my well-being, making me feel at ease during my visit. Their professionalism and warmth made the entire process comfortable and reassuring. I agree with most who are registered here. The place is a shambles and complaining will get you nowhere as just like in 3rd world countries where the Staff come from, complaints are just torn up and binned! The receptionists can?t speak colloquial English. You have to ask them 3 or 4 times what they?re saying. My relative tried to book an appointment for an urgent test but was told no appointment is available till end of the month! Honestly, the NHS needs to look at all the complaints against this surfer and either close it down, or get rid of all the Staff, including the pathetic doctors, and start again.

I missed a call and tried to get an answer by calling in. I've been number 4 in the queue for 30 minutes. It's really sad. As others have said before, you can't get an appointment as it is a lottery system in the morning. When you do get an appointment, the call is less than 5 minutes. How can a doctor figure out what is wrong with you in that time? I get you might not have staff but this is what makes the problem worse. You don't/can't help people when they need it, it causes people to go to the hospital as the condition has worsened. But they would have had to go if they could get a GP appointment for longer than 5 minutes in the first place. If someone has read this, just use the econsult thing. Yeah, you have to wait a week, but it's better than nothing. But that really shouldn't be the case. My GP app is useless since you can't book any appointments either. The GP needs to add more staff or reduce its client area. Because clearly, they can't manage and it has been like this for years. Shameful.

Was been calling surgery for past 4 days, though surgery operates from 8 but started to dial from 7:50, at 8:02 the call placed in global queue, which prolongs to more than 1hr to 1.40hrs, either the call disconnects by itself or the call automatically goes to some other surgery around Slough or far away, then what is the point registered in nearby surgery if we want to book appointment by driving 15 to 20mins excluding traffic, such a horrible surgery, even the staffs are very rude, if you raise anything they simply cut off the call or says doesn?t matter you are working or travelling to other part of surgery in Slough, what kind of answer is that, why we register to nearby surgery? It?s the surgery responsibility to offer doctors appointment to concerned registered place not putting on hold for many hours and finally saying all the booking finishes by 8:02, and sending other side of Slough for appointments, then please don?t register patients says we are fully booked for the sake of getting money and showing count to govt but not rendering any services as promised. Cheating businesses. We can?t run to A&E all the time, A&E Doctors all ways says, these GP?s.

It is ridiculous for how long I have to wait to speak to the receptionist. Been on hold for over 1 hour. Started from getting in the queue at number 5 and now been on number 1 from the past 40 minutes. And this is not even the first time of this happening.

I talked to doctor about my problem and i asked if its something serious let me know and he mockingly said that you are not cancer you won't die and told me now you can leave. I felt very helpless while my mother is going through cancer and he didn't have little shame to act like it was a joke which he should not even a joke about such thing.
