Ayesha seemed very rude and racial I've been buying perfumes there for many years, I was very upset and hurt at her remarks towards me this morning I won't be shopping here anymore. She even told me to get out of the shop and never come back again even called security to send me out of the shop, she's bad for this business

A girl rang me from the store and didn?t speak clearly then asked if I?m fully flexible? I said it depends on what hours you have then she hung up and as she did she told her colleague I don?t like her! Is that how you behave? How unprofessional and immature. I?m glad I?m not working for you let me say! Change your recruitment process I suggest?

Had a very good service today, had no clue what time but the manger was very helpful with all the help she provided and recommendations. She really went out of her way to cater to me and will definitely be buying from this store again

I have been to this store a couple of times and the customer service is really bad. Most of the sales staff are too occupied with other things than serving the customers.This shop is not one where you can look at products yourself hence you need to wait for the sales staff to show the products which most of the times they seem uninterested in doing so and keeps ignoring the customers. And I am talking about times where there are not many customers in the store.The store manager also I found to be very rude and uninterested same as all the other staff in the store.
