I shop here all the time, the staff during the day are very friendly, but I went to the shop on Wednesday evening, there was a a queue at the till with only one on with two or three staff just walking around, had to wait ages until I asked to get more staff on and one of them spoke in his own language to the other guy on the till, which I found to be very rude and staring at me and laughing, they was a long queue, need more training and don't be rude to customers

Good selection of items. A little challenging with the people shopping there but ultimately was able to get what I wanted and leave.

Very poor customer service and your staff member ( Usman ) is very rude. One many times he has misbehave with most of the customers. He has mad my experience at Tesco horriable. For this reason i am unable to shop at this location.

Regular customer here. Only one check out operator at 2.30pm with long queue of customers. Self check out working. No receipts on this terminal. That's illegal practice.
