disappointed by their staff recently on day tuesday
iam using self service and call one staff lady for assistant she ignored me thn i left that till and start using another one ? at end she start blaaa blaaaa balaaaa and told me she running one to another till .. definitely i will u do if u not listening??. what is this tesco staff slough if u are staff we are customers don't point out us speak politely okkkk

Huge store you need time to go around! so many elderly people walking around struggling! Ended up helping someone as no one else did! Staff are not helpful and don't want to go out of their way! Wi-Fi is a joke here! Car park is full of people begging! Not returning rather go Sainsbury's

This Tesco being massive is a key advantage. A busy and enormous shopping centre. I just reckon to add seats to sit on either for children or the elderly and to add materials that people look for often for example: footballs. A highly recommend shopping centre still.

9/10 times the scan shop does not work.. weighing the trolley-basket is a waste of time Nd Unessary, also each time it dsnt gonthru, have to scan all shopping again.. !
Don't understand why have to weigh, when its all been scanned on the scanner..

The one star is for Shaheer from customer service who thinks he owns the company.Extremely rude,arrogant and lacking manners.Had a terrible experience dealing with him.Will avoid this place.

I was looking for a wax spray for my car, I couldn't find it so I saw Faiza just standing there, asked her and her reply shocked me, she said we are not a car shop smiling looking so proud of herself, didn't even bother to look for it. I had to find it myself and thankfully I did, I have asked many staff before and they have been so polite and say we don't know where it is, but let me have a look. She was very rude and looked uninterested I think she's also part of the management team. SHOCKING customer service!!!

Self scan a disaster. Having scanned the club card and got a scanner I was told to scan the trolley. Odd but OK if you say so. Spent 45 minutes doing the shop and putting stuff into my bags as normal.
Went to pay and the trolley is weighed first. Obviously it has the weight of my bags for life and so flagged up a problem. I was instructed to queue up at a normal till and have everything scanned manually. That didn?t go down too well. The whole idea of the loyalty programme is we save time, Tescos glean personal information and we?re supposed to feel trusted and valued.
How can you be so stupid as to not know people bring their own bags to shop these days? If you need a tare weight of the trolley have it weighed empty but with your bags as you walk in the store.
To add insult to injury one of my Tescos Scotch eggs was just Scotch, no egg. I shan?t be rushing back in a hurry. A really disappointing experience.

The new internal setup at Slough extra since past few months is pathetic and customer un friendly. Everything irregularly placed causing a lot of inconvenience to customers.

This store is an absolute joke their price's are always wrong at the till and cashiers have a tendency to charge twice for one item.
( 2 burgers 2 buns when only one was brought of each. I wonder why. Very coincidentally. )
