Here you go biggest looters, we did not get part 2 prescription and asked me to come back after 2 weeks reason stock not arrived and then asking me to come back again after repeated visits. We paid for the total prescription, now they say system does not show anything, can't deliver the part 2 of prescription. Asking us to pay that is much cheaper then prescription.

Must say they have plenty of time to chat but not serve the ever growing queue. Whether you are with an infant, toddler or an elderly - please give us 15-20 minutes is a standard response from them. Even after getting a message that the prescription is ready to collect they still make you wait. Dismissive attitude and no willingness to help.

Every time I visit Tesco Pharmacy, it?s the same frustrating experience: a long queue of waiting customers and staff who seem completely uninterested in doing their jobs. The pharmacists are painfully slow, often heard laughing and chatting in the back instead of focusing on helping customers. To make matters worse, they?re also quite rude, giving off an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude. It?s incredibly unprofessional and gives the impression they don?t care about the people waiting for their prescriptions. If you?re looking for quick, efficient, and polite service, this pharmacy is not the place to go.

asked for fungal infection drops the pharmacist refused to sell and asked for prescription but this medicine is sold without prescription everywhere and I bought it from superdrug easily over the counter without prescription and leaflet inside medicine clearly says this medicine is available without prescription .staff at this pharmacy needs retraining or pharmacist?s qualifications needs rechecking

Already in queen for 15 minutes to give the prescription. Just for one medicine once they take the prescription ask me to wait for another 25 minutes.

They will NEVER pick up the phone, contacting them is a waste of time even if 111 suggests you to.

The pharmacy maybe conveniently located but they don?t answer calls and often don?t have what you need in stock

This is the second time I had a problem collecting my medications. Employees do not answer their phones, they provide wrong information regarding prescriptions issued by the doctor, that they are not in the system , even though the gp has assured for two days that the prescription has been sent to Tesco Pharmacy

The pharmacists are helpful but I am giving a one star review because they never ever pick up the phone. I do understand that the store is busy, but I have called in multiple times throughout the day and they never ever pick up. Leaving a review so this can change, especially for people who need special assistance regarding medication.

I find this pharmacy extremely unhelpful. Some of the staff can be quite rude. They never answer the phone at one point, I phone so many times in a morning that they picked up the phone and hang it up twice, then I couldn?t get through! My son has regular prescriptions, but since we moved to this pharmacy 5/6months (because Sainsbury?s closed) it takes an extra week to get hold of his stuff as they don?t order it right away and I always end up having to phone to find out where it is! It?s so disappointing as it?s so much nicer to have a pharmacy in a supermarket and this one is right at the end of my road but I?ve found it?s too unreliable.
