AVOID O2 AT ANY COST!!!They are trapping people using third party companies like BMD (Business Mobile Deals), Anglia Telecom Centres, GIOCOM etc. Basically O2 is using these companies on the front and hiding himself on the backend. They trap people using under 3 years business contracts without any cooling off period.Once you say YES on the phone, you will get trapped by O2. Then you can't go away from their trap.You can google the above companies name and check their reviews on Trust pilot. It's not just me, hundreds of people are crying because they have been trapped by O2.I am still fighting my case in the court to get away from O2's trap.I would request you please please please STAY AWAY FROM O2.O2 IS A COMPLETE FRAUD.

The worst service, they have no clue what they are doing can never help you. And when you ask to speak to someone so you can actually understand what they are saying they say they can?t put you through to someone else. I suggest if you are thinking to go with O2 don?t do it and go to EE instead CROOKS!!

Wretched company. ?System says no? response to fraud. Just appalling. And completely unlike several other mobile providers that dealt with the same fraud issue promptly and effectively.

Absolutely disgusting company! They phone me and Offered me a deal on a iPhone 14 for £15 a month. Which was cheaper than my sim only contract so I though why not save a bit of money. I?ve Had nothing but trouble ever since then. They have taken over £100 over the course of 4days without telling me. They sent me out the wrong phone which I sent back to them via Royal Mail. They then charge me again for sending me out the wrong phone (without telling me) they then have told me my device will be delivered 4 different times? they speak to you like dirt on the phone like it?s my fault they have messed up. still haven?t received it and they won?t answer the phone to me! They should be ashamed of them selfs taking money off people that can?t afford it as it is that?s why I was in a sim only contact. Cause me so much stress it?s unbelievable how these people get away with it just hope I can manage to get some money back! Please STAY CLEAR of this company people!!! I won?t even give them 1 star but there?s no option for below 1.

Ease of joining network as a family group: 1 starQuality of network: 1 starChance of dropped calls, dead spots, no internet despite having 3 bars of 4G: full marks.Will be leaving as soon as I possibly can. Kids still on Vodafone as it proved too complicated for the call centre to sort out.Avoid

My partner purchased a new phone & contact with 02, she is now without a service after 6 days.After many many phone calls to customer services & being promised that the service would be on after 24 hours she still hasn't a working service.She has been back to the shop every day still no joy.She is a carer for a 94 year old lady & she is the only contact.02 can't provide a simple swap.
