I’ve donated here a few times as the parking is convenient, but unfortunately the experience is consistently unpleasant. The volunteers are unfriendly and make you feel very unwelcome – no greeting, no smile, just a blank stare and a curt “put the donations there”. I went in on Tuesday to donate some books and some other bits and Angie (a staff member) helped me on where I should put my items, and had a friendly conversation with me! Very pleased with my experience and will be going back!

The place was very spacious. However, the staff and the attitude was terrible, very moody and embarrassed me, I came to donate some things and was hoping to buy some books as I thought they had a huge selection (I thought).
