very bad subway got food from just eat and it was hard rock and not cold and the cheese was not wven roasted and the wrap was hard and not even microwaved or anything worst experience i had
i dont recommend online order not sure about the store

Worst experience of subway service, never had a problem of switching salads in any sandwich, in other subways, But here it's a problem to do that. I'm really disappointed ???

Very rude, was told that I am cheating the system and doing subway 50% off and I did it before. This is not true as I wasn?t even there. They clearly are trying to scam, especially the guy he thinks he?s a know it all and takes forever to do anything. Really rude

Horrible staff member. I was served with a particular indian guy several times. No smile on face, no greetings when you enter or or leave. I always hope not to be served by that person. He doesn't even know how to respond to little kids. I went on 27th June 2024 late evening to face that pathetic grumpy face again.

This evening I went to subway in Langley. I ordered foot long tuna melt for my daughter.it was too hot today and I was super thirsty and was coming straight from work, I asked for a glass of water from the guy who served me, he said Sorry Ma?am we don?t have any glass,, which was not only shocking but so dissapointing.just to save a glass he lied and made an excuse.my heart was sinking and really wanted some water. There were so many paper glasses just near the till.6 Will never go there and advise to not to go !! These people are heartless and shameless

Waited for 10 minutes for
someone to take my order, they didn?t even say hello or anything just looked at me whilst
doing takeaway or delivery orders. Completely useless

UPDATE 14.5.24 - Due to the Subcard and points officially being revamped you have till 5pm today to use it or lose it. They have stopped accepting the subcard. UTTER NONSENSE. However this is the standard from this establishment. They are so frugal that they don't even turn all the lights on. Worst Subway I've ever gone to. I mean just look at the piece of paper they've printed on. Long over due new operators and a refurb.Past review - The biggest thing here is that the staff are terrible. Every single member of staff is unfriendly. There is a clear lack of customer care. One visit here and you wont want to return for a long time. Needs a serious upgrade in service.
