I went yesterday over there but there is a girl who where a little scarf on her head. she is so rude and she was just showing her attitude to me and my husband. She did give us food like we are useless. Iam very upset on that time because I went so many times over there but I never had behaviour like that I hope any one can take action for this kind of stuff. I don?t wanna see her again. Thanks

I always have had a good experience eating at subway but going to this subway in Slough was a terrible experience. I didn't take the ladies name but she was the oldest team member on shift and she was in charge however she had the worse customer service skills and served me and my friend in a hostile rude manner. We requested chicken however, she gave very little chicken and salad and the sauce we requested she gave us very little even when we requested more. This lady needs to go for training for customer service to know how to treat customers. We didn't enjoy the meal the bread was not fresh it was stale for which she agreed but made no effort to give us a refund only saying to us that she will pass on our concerns to the manager.
Very poor service and food bare in mind it's not free. I paid full price for that meal which was awful.

The place to eat in looks gloomy and dirty. Crumbs left on the table. An hour and a half after eating our food me and my boyfriend both developed a stomach ache and eggy burps.

Been having subway in the Uk in most of the cities, lovely experience always! This particular outlet in slough, really rude customer service. Always have requested for adding extra veggies, never been told that it?ll cost extra. Total get the part where extra meat is charged but never been told extra vegetables will be charged.

I have been using Subway in the UK and international branches for the last 10 years plus. The brand is amazing and the quality of food.This particular store in Slough had a really bad customer service and customer service experience.The food was cold, they gave only 2 sides for the foot long salads and only 1 sauce.I had such a bad experience I will not go there any more until they change the staff and improve the customer service experience.Vegetarian options: Very upset they gave 2 salads as all the subways I have been to max the salads and sauces. Very disgusted with the level of customer service at this branch.

There were bugs all over the machines and on the food, when I looked into the machine where they store the bread it was disgusting, looked like it hasnt been cleaned in months. When I told the guy working there that there was bugs on the bread he was holding he quickly wiped the bugs off and said ''dont worry all gone'' ????? after that i refused to pay and walked out. No one eat at this place if you value your life.

Arrived at the store at 7pm and they had the door locked even though the closing time is 8pm ( was written on the door also). They both tried to turn me away, how rude!Once in the store they said their till is closed and the Subway points cannot be used. Another excuse to not serve. What a joke!Lazy staff that don't want to serve and make up their own store times to suit them!I raised a complaint and the store have ignored my response to their email. Just shows their lack of care to respond to customers! Her name is Mandy!
