My rating is for one reason can you please hire more people that actually want to serve people plsssss not just hide or stare at your face!!? They could make 10x the revenue if they actually tried a rare thing these days called CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Very poor customer service ? it feels like they are hiding so they don?t get to help.. wasted my time there looking for someone to help and ended up leaving without getting what I wanted. 1 star is a lot for them

Tried calling the store numerous times no answer, don?t want to travel over if they don?t have something, don?t tend to use this store often as it?s always a mess, understaffed and I?ve watched as the colleague watching cameras thinks everyone is a shoplifter

I always find discounted shoes here. There's quite a lot of trainers for everyone. I love the swimming costumes especially for mothers and children. Conveniently there were quite a lot of children's football socks and accessories too! Love the footballs, and perfumes too. Lastly there's some affordable suitcases for children which have lasted a few years. Overall I am content visiting this store instead of going to the busier one in Uxbridge.

Poor staff service. I got 2 packs of socks which were in the sale 2 for £7.50 but it didn?t work on the till apparently because they were different sizes even though they were the exact same type of sock in the same price deal. The first employee said we don?t have more of this sock. The second employee was rude. The third employee said maybe there?s more upstairs but didn?t tell us where to find them or help us find them, she was lazy and unhelpful. All staff in this shop are shocking at their job.

Google maps takes you to the middle of bath Road and not the actual location (which is opposite the Volvo dealership), so if you?re not from the area - it?s hard to find. Decent selection in store, could do with a refurb.

Poor Staff service.
Today, on 28th April, around 3:30 to 3:40 PM, my wife and I visited Sports Direct. I politely requested a female staff member ? who was wearing glasses ? to kindly bring me a shoe in size 9.5.
At that time, she was assisting a white gentleman but after a short while, she brought me the size I had asked for.
However, the shoe didn?t fit me properly.
As I was checking two or three other pairs, the same staff member approached me and angrily said, ?You don't know how to check shoes properly; you didn?t place the shoe back in the box or in its place.?
My wife calmly replied that we were still checking, but the lady got angry and walked away.
My question is: Were we begging for service?
Sports Direct should teach their staff how to behave respectfully with customers.

Wrong location on Google maps. A lot of businesses paying a lot of money to be on Google maps and Google search results. Clearly this is not the case. Can't comment on shopping, as I didn't find what I was looking. Although I've noticed a stand with winter parka jackets on April 8th(temperature outside 18C)?
