Came here the other day with my wife to have her glasses checked we've been to a few of these shops up and down the High Street..and as for a first rate service the staff here are amazing friendly welcoming you won't get better anywhere in Buckinghamshire trust me.???.we've been to quite a few places and all they want is the quick money this shop puts the customer first time every time offering very helpful advice.. We thought it was just with us but we witnessed it with other customers too brilliant customer service honestly what a way to run a business.. So refreshing to find a shop who actually values its customers if you're in around Slough and you need your eyes are glasses looking at.. come here.. All we can offer is a five-star rating where a 10 stare should be. ??????????

YOU WILL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISEDAfter having suffered and failed by Specsavers and Hounslow Opticians I was not expecting much. But the warmth, comfort and support provided by Pauline and her team was like a hot cup of hot chocolate with cream and sprinkles.The personal touches, their professional manner and how valued they make you feel leaves you feeling like your their only customer. I am always so happy to visit them and leave feeling like all my needs and expectations have all been surpassed.Been with them for 8 years now and in that time there might be minor issues with deliveries or suppliers changing or lenses becoming obsolete, Pauline has always comforted me with her fabulous support and always found what I needed. My eye tests leave me feeling so well taken care off and for those who have left negative feedback, you dont deserve the wonderful, fabulous and brilliant service provided by Pauline and her staff. I pray they stay open for many many many more years.

I have just moved to Windsor and explored different opticians there and while their glasses range were satisfactory, their service was not. Then, whilst shopping in slough one day, I notice the Spectacle Express shop which looked very fancy from the outside. I went inside and found the service to be second to none. The receptionist was lovely and very friendly, the manager and dispensing optician was so incredibly helpful, friendly and funny and did not just sell me any old nonsense, she took the time to look at my face shape and find me glasses that looked great on me. Now i'm obsessed!! The optometrist was very thorough and took the time to listen to my many questions and provided me with sound advice as to how to take care of my eyes.I would highly recommend this place. It covers all range from affordable to more pricy... must check it out!! :D

SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SPECSAVERS.Bad service every step of the way from each employee and manager; Pauline, none of whom were able to stick to their word.Did not have the glasses ready when they said they would.Had to phone in every two days for 2 weeks for an update, not once did they call me.Ive been going to specsavers all my life and have never been disappointed, my father needed an appointment ASAP and now I can see why spectacle express had the availability. The second pair never came into fruition as they were quoting a further 10 working days, when initially both pairs should have been ready together.This is brief summary without going into the semantics they played.First ever bitter review written but paying premium prices 269 quid for just 1 pair of lenses and being messed about is not a good combo. Really hope they get their act together...
