Done two prescriptions for two children. Upon collection, requested to tighten a pair of sunglasses or given me the screw driver to tighten my self, However, they reject to do it with the silly excuse that the sunglasses are not specsavers!

Subject: Feedback on Recent Experience
Dear Stephanie,
I wanted to share my recent experience at your clinic regarding my appointment. I came in to collect my varifocal glasses and also had an appointment booked for my daughter's eye test. However, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that there was no appointment scheduled.
I explained that I made the appointment when I ordered my glasses and that a young English gentleman assisted me with the booking. Unfortunately, she appeared oblivious to this and insisted that I didn't have an appointment. I mentioned to her that I work full-time and had taken a day off for this visit, so it was frustrating to hear that I didn't have a booking. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation, she continued to deny my statement.
At this point, my voice raised slightly in frustration, and that's when you stepped in. You took a look at the situation and kindly stated that we would be accommodated for the eye test. The clinician who was initially assisting me seemed reluctant to proceed and appeared to take your intervention personally. Her ego was bruised because your intervention overruled her.
Thanks to your assistance, we were able to have the eye test and collect my glasses, which I genuinely appreciate. However, I believe the clinician could benefit from training on how to handle situations like these more effectively, rather than simply reciting what dismissively is in front of her.
The Optometrist who saw my daughter was excellent as well. I did not pick up her name, forgive me for that.
Thank you again for resolving our issue. I've been a Specsavers customer for a while, and I wanted to share my experience with you.

Went in using a work voucher and paid for my test and glasses, which I was overcharged. Got a call when I got home and was accused of walking out without paying. Was referred to hospital for no reason and then when I got the glasses I could see things at distance clearer but I can not read text on my phone or my computer screen with my new experience glasses. I work from home full time so need to be on my PC and phone so this was a waste of time and money. Am now using my old glasses coz they at least see text on my PC but have to take them off when using my phone. Avoid at all cost.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit, thanks to Dr. Aminah. She was extremely kind, patient, and professional. It was my first time there, and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, answered my questions clearly, and performed a thorough eye examination. Her friendly and caring attitude truly stood out. I really appreciated the attention and care she provided ? I never felt rushed or ignored. Because of Dr. Aminah?s excellent service, I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends.
