First-time customer ? great experience!
I visited the store for the first time on Sunday and was helped by Chris (apologies if I?ve misspelled your name!). He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. His approachable manner really made the experience feel welcoming. The store itself was also spotless and very well organised. A big thank you to Chris for the excellent service!

I would like to raise a feedback to the male staff working there.I felt being discrimated when he asked to attend person last on the que, telling that he came in first but well in fact that customer still busy looking for a product to purchase when I came in straight to the que. I would like thank the lady staff who attended me while he was busy with that customer. Please do treat people fairly.
