I booked a ticket from sky express it was so cheap and I received the tickets in just one day I made the payment got the invoice and tickets within half and hour of making payment. I really like their service they are always available for there passenger and all the employees are so polite and so professional. Would always recommend sky express if anybody wants to buy ticket.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I paid £1,500 for a flight in 2020 which was cancelled due to Covid-19. They have refused to refund me the money- despite me filling out every form. Have been calling them at least once a month and they change the story every single time on why they cannot process the refund and request me to fill out another form or speak to another staff member. After me chasing them for nearly 3 years now, they are trying to claim they cannot find the flight details or that they have 'already given the refund'. Absolute scammers- would not recommend at all.

sandra, sandra, sandra! she is the main fraud in the sky travel express agency!i had booked a flight for 5 tickets to go with my family in the month of august 2020, however due to the corona virus pandemic the flights got cancelled so then they sent me the refund form. i filled it, i signed it and sent it back and they said they will send my money back in 8-10 weeks. i was told she will pay me an installment so i submitted my bank details. i was told i would receive my first installment in February, sandra was the one who told me this, she is the main thief in this situation, the main culprit! An absolute criminal! she never gave me my refund back, she blocked my number, she never answered any of my calls despite me ringing her multiple times and all the emails i sent her. i even lost my parents in 2021, this was when i needed the ticket refund badly so i could go to their funeral, but STILL she never showed any sympathy to give me back my money. i could've easily just went and paid for tickets at another airline but i had also lost my job just after my parents death. this was when i badly needed the money i had wasted all my time calling and emailing but still i was ignored. i am so so so sick of complaining1 i even called them from my friends phone and they answered my friend but not mine, this just shows that they are criminals trying to take your money. Please do not waste your time on this agency they will just tell you some nonsense that does not make sense. sky express travel has the worse customer service i have ever received. Nita told me i would get a refund on 25/03/22. she said definitely 100% i will receive it. i think nita, chandi and sandra are 200% thief's. i am completely dissatisfied.

sky express travel agency is the worst!Nita, Sandra and chandi are the main culprits in the sky travel express agency. i was told i will get a refund today because my tickets got cancelled due to the corona virus pandemic, i submitted my bank details today and nita said she'll pay me my refund today but she did not

The worst customer service I have ever received. Never book with these people, they have been sitting on a refund for nearly 2 years. They have promised on several occasions that it has been processed and still not been done. I have even tried to speak to the owner and he has not even bothered contacting me even after leaving at least 10Personal messages. Sandra, Neeta, Ricky and Chandni have all taken messages and never returned a call. If I could provide minus stars as a review this would have been the case. Please save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere!!!

I had booked a flight in 2019 (4 passengers) for March 2020 due to covid19 lockdown we could not travel, when I officially requested for refund in February 2021 told me it will take at least 12 weeks, I chased them whenever I could but there wasn't any reply until 26/06/2021 only to say my refund is delayed for another fortnight, in October 2021 I had decided to travel to India and use my monies, put an request to rebook the flight for December 2021 only to say there are no seats available when I could easily book with other websites, gave new dates and time kept on delaying my request at the same time ticket price went higher everyday, finally quoted me hundred of pounds more than the actual price on 03/11/2021 (initial request was in October) when I questioned about the fare started saying it?s not a new booking, it didn?t make any sense at all, I had to go ahead knowing I?ll be out of pocket if I had to book somewhere else as I didn?t had any choice and paid the difference they asked me to pay for, as I didn?t wanted to stress myself over the refund anymore (paid lot more than what I would get with other travel agents, still have screenshots) as I was on holidays in India (December 2021) I got a call and WhatsApp messages from the same travel agent saying I?ve to pay more and kept on harassing me throughout my holidays. I?ve already paid lot more than the actual price because of the delayed to rebook. I am disgusted, ruined my holidays not happy at all.+

Like many others who have shared their experience.. overall poor service.. would not recommend to anyone..please stay away!Agreed to a refund in Jun 2020, accepted the cancellation fee so only looking for what is owed back.. each month ask for an update.. and each month have been advised the refund is approved by the airline, however to await a further 4 weeks.. same cycle of comms every 4 to 6 weeks.. and recently avoiding to respond to my emails.. I've now accepted I will not get my due refund...leaving it to Karma to do it's job with this lot.

Sky Travel Branch in Leicester143 Green Lane Road, LE5 3TQ Leicester, United KingdomI booked a Flight through Moon World Travel from London Heathrow to San Francisco with KLM in April 2020 and paid £1750 to confirm the flight.Due to covid I could not travel and the agency send me a voucher as I was informed ticket is non-refundable in June 2020I planned to travel to India in December 2020 and contacted the agency to book flight from London Heathrow to Delhi on the voucher issued by KLM and I was informed it is not possible.I called KLM to book flight from London Heathrow to Delhi on 10the December 2020 on the voucher and they informed me the money is refunded to the agency. I emailed the agency for a refund. I was told the finance department has confirmed the refund from KLM and I will be refunded in January 2021.However, did not receive any reply until February 2021 and after various follow ups I was informed the money will be refunded in February 2021.I did not hear from the agency and followed up again in April 2021 and they we just apologist and informed me it will be refunded soon.I called the agency in June 2021 and I was told the money will be refunded by 15th June 2021.Followed up again in July, August, September and October 2021. Each time I was informed different approval stories. In October 2021 I was told another story the airline just approved the refund while all this time agency is telling me they are waiting for approval for the finance department. I sent my bank details for refund in January, April and June 2021.Recently I asked the agency for booking flight from London Heathrow to San Francisco based on the money they did not refund to me and no reply.I am not sure how many people are struggling to receive refunds from the agency. Please to not use the agency as they have been lying in the refund as they have no intension to refund my money.

Do Not Book with this travel Agent. Biggest thief I ever seen. They book your tickets and if you cancel your tickets, they don't pay you at all. Even taking out cancellation charge. Government should not allow robbers to operate. What is trading standard doing?

You are a fraud company. You cheat people. I am waiting for my refund of 2310 for 13 months and you are lieing that you have not received refund. It is since September 2019 I cancelled our family tickets. Biggest fraud company I have come across.

Do not use this company or their sister company in Leicester Moon World Travel. They have evaded paying us a refund for 8 months and keep directing us to deal with the other company. Deceitful con artists, we will be starting legal proceedings to recover our money.
