“I have been going to Bill’s for years now but today he really went over and above to provide excellent customer service. I called him at 4.30pm to ask what time he would be open til. He said he would stay open late for me to give me enough time to get there (he normally closes at 5pm). I arrived at 5.30 expecting to just drop off my boots for re-healing but Bill repaired them then and there, saving me another trip (I come all the way from Staines, so I’m not local!). An expert cobbler providing a first class service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.”
