Staff very helpful and not pushy, really helped me to find a recliner that was perfect. Also gave me a discount as I bought sofa's from there two years ago. So really very impressed.

All I can say is PLEASE do not choose this company for your carpet. I placed an order over £2000 and had to wait over 2 months for fitting and delivery. (Which they cancelled on me last minute TWICE) it gets worse? on the delivery day they come with the WRONG CARPET! I straight away called the store (staples corner spoke to Ruhul) who was extremely rude and told me several times to stay/stick with the wrong carpet (it was grey and fluffy. I ordered cream and flat wool carpet) not to mention cheaper than the one I originally purchased. He kept repeating it?s a best seller and that it?s an amazing carpet. That I should go ahead with that one even though I DID NOT ORDER IT or choose it. Trying to force me to stay with that carpet.Later to find out when he and his team served me in store they put the wrong carpet down on the receipt. Despite knowing what I wanted. Did not correct it our double check. It was their fault. I came into store x3 times to finalise it. So it was an error on their end and It doesn?t even match with the price I paid? The one I wanted was £20 more per square meter. Trying to scam me?After me telling him more than x10 times I don?t want the wrong carpet they came he began to shout and scream on the phone. He told me I won?t be receiving a refund and was extremely unprofessional. I have the whole phone conversation recorded as I could tell they would be difficult. But this is completely out of order and no one should have to go through this. But ruhul was absolutely disgusting. Store manager? With an attitude like that. Horrific. Why he was so adamant on me keeping the wrong carpet I have no idea. Maybe because he makes commission per sale, but I would avoid this company a million times. Useless. I want my refund.

Visited the Slough store. I can honestly say that Abdul was the nicest and most helpful sales assistant I have ever met! He took so much time with us, explaining ever option for the sofa we liked. Will definitely go back to this store when we have chosen the sofa and size!

Thought I had a great experience at Slough scs? Jumped on when I walked into the store staff very friendly. Placed my order £2090.28! Was Not given a breakdown of my order only receipt given was the card payment. Got home thought about I should have got the warranty on the mechanical side of my sofa. Phoned the store to find out you can?t contact them direct you end up with a call centre! I phoned Sunday, Monday, Tuesday being told we have contacted the store you will get a call back? Never did so I emailed Steve Carson the ceo of scs. I gave my last shot on Wednesday spoke to a lady she was absolutely brilliant put me through a guy from head office, to find out my order wasn?t even put through!! But they took my money! In the meantime I worked out my bill and scs actually took extra £118.00? For no reason Which now has been taken off the warranty I wanted. I?ve had a call today from a great advisor Kiaron they are investigating the £118.00, and why my order never went through last Friday? Be warned of the Slough branch.

Great selection of furniture. Didnt feel comfortable with sales person following my every step felt a bit of to much pressure. I prefer to look on my own and then as questions!

In store experience was good, we ordered a sofa at the beginning of May which would take an estimated 12 weeks for delivery. After 11weeks we received an email providing a delivery date which is in a week?s time and asking for balance. At this point we thought we?d ask the store if they know of anyone local to discard the old sofa and we stumbled over many bad google reviews about problems and got worried. Admittedly the Slough store never called us back (as requested by the SCS customer service), but our enquiry was not related to the purchase and review on trustpilot for overall feedback and delivery service was good. A day before the delivery we were given a time window. On the day we received a call half an hour before delivery. The team was great and efficient. And the sofa is as we ordered.

Poor very poor do not spend your money I waited 7 months for my sofas to arrive when the time came they extended it further and in the end I had to ask for a refund after going there multiple time as customer service is extremely poor managers JK and Mohsin will not response to calls so I had to go personally to the store waste my patrol they know how to take your money but believe me you will have to work hard to get your refund AVOID at any cost look else where. extremely disappointed

The prices are quite reasonable with a great range. They were also quite informative and genuinely gave good advice based on what would suit our lifestyle instead of just trying to sell us the more expensive sofas.

Do not ever shop here, poor n service. Poor quality. Sofas didn't even last 3 years, they offered to take our sofas back and give 20% to spend back at their store. Abysmal, wish I read reviews earlier online before buying from here. Also engineer came to see why the sofa padding had gone down within a year, he said "we been sitting on it too much"- I thought sofas were made for sitting on.Poor quality, abysmal customer service, no shame whatsoever.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.Myself and my partner visited the store to buy some carpet.Our salesman was really nice, but the manager called him over and told him to not bother with us as we weren?t going to buy as my partner was browsing. My partner was shocked that this was how management spoke of their customers, he then decided to lazily sit down on one of the sofas on his mobile phone. Please learn some basic management skills!In fact we did buy from here only because the salesman was really lovely but due to this experience I would never buy from here again. Measurements were also wrong upon arrival and there wasn?t eneough underlay for my carpet ?

DO NOT USE SCS SLOUGH!!!!Things get delayed and dates moved that's life. The manager and assistant manager don't call back when they say they will. Order cancelled and the refund didn't happen.They tell you it's this or that, but once you have paid and if you have an issue no one follows up or tells the truth.Save your money and buy elsewhere!!!!
