I was having a few issues with the bank of late.
I was soo happy with the customer service i received from Andrew. Very polite and helpful.
What impressed me the most was I didnt feel like i was getting rushed at any stage.

I went to the branch on Saturday and the level of service at the counter is impeccable. I would like to give a massive shout to Mateen who helped me with a number of queries.Mateen was professional and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble - customer service was impeccable. Mateen is definitely an asset to the team at The Slough High Street branch!Keep up the amazing customer service Mateen and Team!

Went into this store 2 years ago back in 2017 asked this old indian lady to put an address stamp on my mini statement she asked why I needed it so told her but I shouldnt have as it was private info!
