Useless. I received horrible service, staff don’t know the correct procedures, I think it’s less of a headache to just close my account and switch banks.

I was having a few issues with the bank of late.
I was soo happy with the customer service i received from Andrew. Very polite and helpful.
What impressed me the most was I didnt feel like i was getting rushed at any stage.
