Really disappointed that Sainsbury?s have decided to stop baking fresh bread in the store. All bread is now baked from frozen, it?s just not the same. The fresh bread was the main reason I did my shopping at this store, sadly I will not be visiting as often now?..I wonder how much custom they will loos as a result?

I really like the choice & Nectar prices. The personal clincher is SmartShop App which allows me to scan my shopping and place it in my shopping cart. It really simplifies every shopping visit

Came in on Tuesday 18th to a self checkout at around 18:40.
Very angry lady. I understand they don't get paid much and have a lot to deal with, but common human decency, especially if you're working in customer service goes a long way

Such a bad customer service. We popped in for a quick shopping on our way to Lego Land. Wanted to pick up a onesie for my son to prevent him from the awful weather today. I asked a lady if they had more sizes at the back for a particular one. She was confident they did not have a single one of the same in the stock room. So I asked if they had a different one but in the size I wanted, but before I could finish my sentence, she said we had nothing at the back.
So I moved on to this another chap who was stocking up some gift bags and asked if he could check stock for me. He looked at me like I asked him for his kidney. He said a lady will be able to help u in that section. I explained him that she did not help, so if he could check the stock. He stopped moving and gave me a blank look like he had no clue where the stock room was. Absolutely no response from him.
Staff doesn't care at all!!
