Terrible service, both times. Also so unprofessional and not experienced. Totally not worth it, I also felt they were judgmental and felt very uncomfortable. Honestly I would never go back or recommend the place, very low standard.

Gurpal does my waxing for 15 years?excellent, reliable and caring professional, I don?t go anywhere else.Anu is an excellent professional, she listens and does exactly as you say. she does my hair colour every month and I wouldn?t want anyone else to do it.

I have been using romans since it opened 18 years ago, Gurpal is the best at threading! Love her threading technique really gentle and precise. Very clean with a very calm relaxing atmosphere? staff are very friendly. I wouldn?t go anywhere else!!

Worst experience of my life!!!!!I had been to a spa and had an Indian head massage so my hair was greasy. I was staying at a hotel and the hairdryer wasn't very good so I decided to go to this place for a quick wash and blow dry.OH MY GOODNESS!!!! How can someone get it sooooo wrong. The lady used a tea towel to cover me, got me soaking wet and then had to dry me with a hairdryer. She scrapped my scalp with her nails whilst washing my hair. It was so painful that I had to tell her, on numerous occasions, that she was hurting me, but she carried on.Then, whilst drying my hair, she used a very questionable round brush, which had the bristles missing. She didn't bother sectioning it and was drying it but causing more mess and knots whilst also pulling my hair out. Then she went in with straighteners but did the same thing. Not sectioning and just grabbing random bits and straightening it. But because she wasn't sectioning it, it kept getting caught on the handle and pulling. I kept holding my scalp and asking if she could be more gentle but no such luck.She was more interested in who was coming into the shop than looking after the clients that were already there.Being in the beauty industry myself, I know that this is not how clients are treated. Disgraceful service!!!If you're reading this.... trust me, DO NOT go there. its not worth the pain and trauma.

Would not recommend if you are getting a haircut. They did not even know what they were doing. Charged me so much for the worst haircut and has left me mentally scarred. Never ever will i be visiting this place again. Wish there was a way to sue this business for the amount of distress they have caused me.
