Ever since the young lady started working and taking orders, everything has been so slow. When I received my coffee it was very cold and unpresentable. She doesn?t speak English well and when I asked her to reheat my coffee as it came cold she shrugged and walked away. I assumed she didn?t understand, I mean I hope so as that was very rude. I love this place but I don?t like the new staff. I?ll still be coming back in the future as I enjoy this cafè and this is the first problem I?ve had in the 2 years of me coming here.

Everything was absolutely incredible. One of the staff named Hamza was very kind, he was making great conversation while taking my order. He made my day and he made sure my order was very fresh and tasty. He makes sure he always has a welcoming smile on his face to welcome customers. Besides the excellent customer service, the food made me and my family return many times. I recommend this cafè to all my friends and relatives. Everything is very affordable but really high quality for what you pay for.

I have been to this caffe couple of times and always been greeted with a very warm welcome. I had an Aaloo Paratha which was absolutely delicious and freshly made. Along with it , a masala chai which was very refreshing.

RKM Coffee is an absolute treasure! The coffee is exceptional?rich, smooth, and always perfectly brewed. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. The atmosphere is cosy and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. I always look forward to coming here?it?s easily one of my favourite spots. Highly recommend!

I went yesterday in the hopes of having a good english breakfast meal however I was severely dissapointed, hoodwinked and bamboozled. Not only did the meal fail to reach my standards and satisfy my palette but presentation was poor, it was barely hot and it took roughly 25 minutes plus of waiting to revceive. Who serves english breakfast with a side of RAW toast thats not even hot? The butter wasnt even melted?There was 6 uncles who were causing a ruckus and the fact that the shop owner did not advise them to be more considerate of other customers was very concerning. I acknowledge you was short staffed however if you can?t meet the basic customer needs don?t open on a day such as christmas ???

I had Keenan paratha and a cup of Kharkiv?s chai. It was freshly made at the kitchen so it was very nice. The staffs were very friendly. I will definitely visit again.

The sheer level of disrespect to the local residents is unreal. Cafe owners take the piss by opening until 3am daily causing noise nuisance. They think they are above the law and do whatever they want. They block entrance to the charity shop next to them with their countless number of table and chairs. They take up all the room in the square and even put their tables at the empire cinema. They do not have a license for any of this. They have been warned many times to not do this by the council and they still choose to ignore the rules as they simply DO NOT CARE!! They need to take note of the other local cafes who follow the rules and are respectful of the local residents. All of the local residents here are ANGRY and RESENTFUL of the cafes treatment to us. DO BETTER!!
